If you're looking for a great, dependable, reasonably priced plumber, look no further! We've worked with Leo 4-5 times now and he's fantastic. Each time he's been on time, done great work, and has been both transparently and fairly priced. He diagnosed and replaced a water main PRV, replaced a bunch of corroding galvanized steel parts in an otherwise copper system, fixed a broken bathroom sink, fixed a leaky kitchen sink and most recently installed a new insinkerator.

I'm writing this for two reasons: The first to let everyone know that if you are looking for a good plumber, as I was during the Christmas Holiday season; that I finally found one who was recommended by my neighbor. I hired Leo Gibler, of Flat Rate Plumbing to install a new water heater, replace a very old galvanized pipe with a new PVC water line and replace an old leaking laundry tub in my garage. Leo's prices were the lowest of three other estimates I received. Leo was not only ALWAYS on time but, also would call me to let me know he was on his way. In addition, when the job was complete, he said he would be back in January to check and make sure there were no problems.

Second, I can't say thank you enough to Leo and wanted to express my gratitude for doing such an excellent job with very little disruption to my service during the replacement of the water line. I have finally found an accomplished plumber that I feel I can rely on to do an outstanding job at a reasonable price, with plans to use him again should I need a plumber in the future. I'm reluctant to pile on with the reviews; one problem is that when someone is really good they tend to get too busy, but Leo has taken care of several items for me at home and at a small office building that I own. He tends to be slightly early when he gives a time he expects to be there, fixes things quickly and is very fair with his pricing. I couldn't imagine better.

Made the mistake of trying to 'dispose' of leftovers via my garbage disposal. Big mistake that I won't make again.

Leo came to the rescue quickly and carefully diagnosed where the problem was. I mentioned that I had another appointment right afterwards and he said he could come earlier to make it all work. Reasonable prices and very nice to work with. I will definitely call Leo again!

Don't waste your time and money with anyone else. As a homeowner trust me.

He came as fast as he could, after we figured out what was wrong he re-arranged another client (with their permission) to get use able to use toilet facilities again quickly. With a wife and daughter THAT is critical.

I put 'flush-able' cat litter down the toilet, it wasn't. But the whole house was clogged!

It turned out to be TWO problems. Some cat letter got into a 4' pipe hair clog, and the cat litter also blocked the toilet that had to be replaced.
