Greg J.Horrible! Over priced ( way over) little attention made to doing the job thuroughly.It was all about doing fast work ..not thurough. Water heater had a leak..instead of thuroughly checking for any other leaks.. as i asked them to do...the plumbers (2 of them at a cost of $100 each) repaired 1 leak with a $10 part.Total cost with truck charge was $269.00. for a few minutes of work. Had to get them out to reevaluate their work,when I discovered a second leak that they would of found the first time,if they would have inspected
water heater as I asked for the first time .It took 2 days of waiting to get them to return..They wouldn't return my calls for over 24 hours..and thier answering service was seemingly unprofessional and less then honest (in my opinion). I had to get another plumber to come out and finish the job they should of done. From what I have been since told by 2 other plumbers...this company is not thought very highly of by many in the industry. IT WOULD BE WISE TO LOOK COMPANY UP ON BETTER BUSINESS Bureau SITE BEFORE CALLING THEM..I WISH I HAD DONE SO.Total cost so far $269.00 to Flat Rate which accomplished ....NOTHING! $30 TO a different plumber to come and cap off incoming water line to water heater,so I could have running water in rest of house. I am without a working water heater yet and am out $299.00..am on social security,and can't afford this...Flat rate didn't care.
