After our basement flooded due to a water line leak, I contacted Flash Plumbing. Oscar was very responsive (I called on Sunday) and arrived promptly at 7 am the next day to assess the damage and provide a quote. He gave us a fair and competitive price to replace both the main and pressure valves. Got the job done within an hour and our hot water was restored! I required replacement of nine water shutoff valves in my condo. Work was fast, quality, and one third of the price of competitor. I was charged $380 by Flash plumbing and they did a 10th valve for free. Rescue Plumbing quoted $1258.

Flash plumbing seems to have a great relationship with property managers and is a great choice if you need building water shutoff and a COI.

Oscar responded so quickly when I discovered a leak in my hot water heater. He answered my call on a Sunday night then installed a new hot water heater and carted away the old one less than 24 hours later, squeezing me in at a time that was convenient for me! Not only that, but his price came in under the other quotes I received. He was professional, courteous, neat, quick, and helpful! He pointed out a pinprick leak in my water main and I am so relieved to have someone I trust for that project and for any plumbing problems that come up in the future!

We had a small flood from a broken water heater and Oscar came within an hour. He figured out the problem, quickly replaced a broken part, and even stuck around to fix a slow-running toilet and leaking sink drain. Five stars for friendly, quick service and reasonable prices. I hope we won't need his services any time soon, but we will definitely call Flash Plumbing again if we do!

I second all of the other comments and five-star reviews. I found out Friday afternoon that the kitchen sink had completely backed up, and we had relatives coming in a few hours. I tried pushing through the clog with the garbage disposal to no avail, and also removed the P-trap just in case the problem was right there. At that point I began calling plumbers with good reviews. Oscar took my call and told me he'd be there in 45 minutes, which he was. He spent a few moments to understand the problem and any related plumbing that might be affecting it, all very professionally, and then told me how much the service would cost. For emergency service, I found the pricing reasonable. Good plumbers are hard to find, but I expect to use Oscar again in the future.
