Daniel was very responsive, informative, and very respectful. My water heater failed, and he responded that same night and was able to come the next day to replace it with a tankless water heater! Him and his team did a professional job and also assisted me in resolving issues with some of my piping that was out of code, which I was unaware of. After installation he stayed in touch to assist me in completing my tankless water heater rebate. I would highly recommend using Flash Plumbing and will continue to use for my future projects.

If I could leave a 6-star review I would. We smelled gas. We have a baby. It was freaking us out. I was on the phone with Daniel 10mins later. He + 2 co-workers arrived within an hour, after regular business hours, and assessed the issue. We located the valve that was leaking and isolated the issue so my family could sleep tonight not worrying about gas poisoning/explosion. It meant a lot to our family to be able to find quick pro help.

Daniel & his team did an amazing job installing our new tankless water heater. I contacted them on Wednesday and that same night he responded to me and shared that he could come the next day to install the water heater, as our old one had busted and we were without hot water. He was very transparent with what he was going to do, cost of labor & materials, and even shared when he had to redo some work that was not to code from our previous plumber. He also recommended adding ScaleRX to help with maintanence of our tankless water heater and I'm so glad he did because it will help save us in the long run. This company is so helpful, I definitely recommend. We had a leak in our shower, and water was leaking through the wall. I had spent a couple of days prior looking through reviews of other companies, and I stumbled upon this one. I was hesitant at first, though after speaking to Daniel I felt more confident about their services. We contacted Daniel and explained what was happening, and he was very helpful and accommodating. He and his crew went straight to work, and found that we had a bad shower valve. Luckily Daniel had shower valves and the materials needs to get the job done that day. He even installed new shower heads in both of my bathrooms. Which was a blessing, since I live with my grandpa and the shower head we had previously are not the adjustable ones where you can it take off, which we needed since my grandpa has a hard time using the shower. So the new shower heads he installed had that feature and it just been a big help!

These guys were so fast with their response and flexible in their arrival time, and when they showed up they were super professional and did awesome work. What we thought was a simple toilet handle issue actually required a totally new toilet, and they made quick, good looking work of it. Daniel, from Flash Plumbing, was very responsive, even on a weekend. We had a galvanized water main leak. To trench and replace the main with copper was going to be very expensive. Daniel worked with us in pricing and was up front about what could be done (not repairing the galvanized and needing to replace with copper).

Flash Plumbing was able to provide a written quote and schedule quickly. I asked about licenses and Daniel provided me with a contractor's license that wasn't expired and told us they worked under contractor's name that appeared on the license.

We were able to have the trenching and copper main connected in the same day. Since the sprinkler lines are on a galvanized line, and we were not having those redone, Flash Plumbing added a T, upon my father's request, so we could see if someone would be able to reconnect the lines so the sprinklers could function.

When the work was done, the dirt and areas with gravel were all filled back. That was very much appreciated. Almost all the debris/trash was cleaned up. Someone did leave a folding knife here, so if the plumber wants to claim it, we saved it for them.

We really appreciate the work done. Old homes are always tough to work on, and many plumbers would prefer not to work on them or try to upsell you. Flash Plumbing did the work they were contracted for. Payment was easy; Daniel was able to process payment on his phone.
