I called these people, canceled my other Plummer because this plumber quoted me a cheaper price and was available sooner, and set up an appointment, but they showed up not ready to do the job because they didn't have the right equipment, then threy said the job would be $50 more than they quoted me over the phone.
Very irresponsible! they knew exactly what the job was. There was no new revolution that the job was bigger than explained over the phone. This Plummer needs to realize when people make appointments, they are rescheduleing their day to meet with them. To have the plumber show up and not do the job they came to do and to charge more than was quoted is absolutely unacceptable.

Daniel and his team did an amazing job! They came to our house on very short notice (the next day) because our toilets wouldn't flush and were bubbling. The problem was because our sewer pipe was backed up. We decided to have Daniel and his team replace our sewer line system so that we wouldn't have to worry about the problem in future. I would definitely recommend this if you have an older house. We had 90 year old cast iron pipes nearing the end of their useful life. So it was time for us to do it. I think the most impressive thing about Daniel is that he is familiar with all the newest technologies and techniques, such as epoxy liners for replacing pipes without digging. He can do all the normal plumber stuff like changing a faucet as well as the advanced stuff like sewer line replacement. It's also rare that he, as the owner, personally works on your project. His prices are also very reasonable. I really believe that no one else could have done our project for the same quality of work and price! I will definitely refer my friends to Flash Plumbing in the future.

Tonight we had a kitchen hot water faucet that was gushing water and we were unable to shut off the main. Two plumbers arrived on time, were able to shut the water off and repair the valve in fifteen minutes. They were polite, clean, and answered our questions and concerns and were able to offer suggestions to improve the plumbing in our home. We will be contacting this local company for our plumbing needs.

These guys supposedly installed new sewer line at our rental property last year. We're now going through a remodel of the house and the current contractor found that they only replaced part of the sewer line. Total ripoff, don't waste your time.

Update: We asked for a quote for a leaking shower head and we were told it would be over $1k to fix by needing to go through drywall on the other side and strapping the pipe down. We specifically asked for the cartridge valve of the handle to be replaced and they said it wasn't caused by that. Guess what, my husband picked up the cartridge part at Home Depot for $34, replaced the cartridge and voila, no more leaking. Nobody wants to do the right job anymore, they just want your $$$. 2 stars for installing the toilet properly. 0 for diagnosing a common problem with unnecessary pricey work.


We scheduled Flash to install a new toilet we bought from Home Depot. Their price was the most competitive of all that we got estimates for. They did the work in about a hour or less and made it a hassle free experience.

Do note that the discounts they provide all over their Yelp are not applicable to installations. They also almost didn't haul away our old toilet saying that wasn't included in the price but did haul away as a ""favor"" to us. That's something they should mention upfront because had they not hauled it away I'd have been extremely upset. Who wants a toilet installed and to keep the original to worry about for disposing?

Update: Flash Plumbing was good to their word and came through in the end. It took longer than expected, but given the circumstances, I am very pleased with the outcome. They did all the landscaping needed and it came out looking perfect. I appreciate the extra effort they put in to make sure I was satisfied. Plumbing emergencies can have serious health and financial consequences, so you want to make sure you get the right people to do the work. Especially after seeing how they followed up with me after such an extended period of time to ensure the work was completed as we agreed, I would recommend Flash Plumbing.

Just had them out to my home in a pinch my bathtub spout was having issues and wouldn't budge to switch from shower to tub fill which of course was a no no for me being a single mother with a child that completely refuses to take a shower so I called them up same day which I was super stoked about because well same day services are not always available without it being an arm and a leg these days ..anyhow my tub spout is no longer an issue anymore And my daughter can continue her bath time adventures
