Words cannot express how I feel about super service from Flagship Plumbing, Inc.'s. I had called them and asked for help as my main water line started to leak just outside the house. They were able to work me into the schedule an hour after I called. The plumbers were a delight to work with and fix our leak for a very reasonable price. I was so pleased with them at the end of the job I inquired if they also did water filer systems for under my kitchen sink. They in fact did and asked about my needs and concerns and reviewed the water filter systems that would work for me (also very reasonably priced). They came the next day and installed it, cleaned up after the job. If you have plumbing need I would highly recommend Flagship Plumbing. Thanks for everything, Jeff & Jodina! 4/15 - So follow up. Our water softener broke and leaked and blocked all our water lines in the house. They made room and got someone out to our house that day and flushed all the lines and fixed the problem. We then reviewed what our water softeners options were and selected a system which was installed a few days later once it was received. FlagShip plumbing is great and would continue to recommend them. Thanks ~ the Chagnon's

Responsive, responsible and professional organization - great experience with them from the time the phone was answered until Mark the plumber found the cause of our mysterious water leak. I'm a tough customer, so I imagine anyone who has the opportunity to do business with Flagship will have a great experience.

Flagship plumbing is #1 in my book when it comes to plumbing. Their plumber, Mark, came to my house recently to do some plumbing work including installing a new toilet, a new faucet, and finding/fixing a leak. He was very fast, efficient and polite. Also, he cleaned up after himself, and he was clean-cut and didn't reek of cigarettes, alcohol, or b.o. And-no visible tattoos which left a good impression. He also did very good work and everything's working perfectly. For all my plumbing needs, I'm calling Flagship Plumbing!

Flagship has done multiple jobs at my home. The jobs appear to have been done in a satisfactory manner, so this is not a complaint about that. I paid by phone on the first job while the plumber was still in my home. For the second job, they invoiced us by mail two weeks or more after the job had been completed despite my understanding that they were going to call us (I had given them multiple numbers, including my cell though they claimed to only have my land line number). I got caught up with other matters and had not gotten to mailing out the payment when I received an email from a third party referral service relating to my profession (attorney). This service lets potential clients try to contact you through their website. The message provided my home address and indicated Flagship was looking for an attorney to resolve an unpaid bill--me, my bill. I immediately called Flagship. Spoke with Carl, who's voice was gushing with gloat/smugness at how he """"got me"""". Carl stated that he had called us six times (he never left a message) and that he did not have my cell number. He also made sarcastic comments or had a condescending tone during the call, which felt like it was intended to belittle me. I paid the bill over the phone during the call. The bill was paid within one month of the service (according to Carl) and only 1.5-2 weeks after receiving the invoice (standard for payment of invoices is 15-30 days). Receiving the email through the service with my home address was not only embarrassing but disconcerting as now that service has information about me that I do not want out and it may be accessible on the internet for all I know. Having to deal with Carl's comments and tone were even more uncomfortable and embarrassing. This is not a classy way to go, and certainly not even remotely falling under a reasonable definition of customer service. Leaving a voice message or sending a follow up letter would have been a more appropriate/considerate/professional way to address the issue. They could have called me at my office or emailed me to my work email as well, as that information was just a click away on the website they used to message me. I will not likely use Flagship again due to this ridiculous collection tactic and Carl's insulting attitude/tone/comments. If you care about respect and customer service, look elsewhere.

I live in Pasco County and my waterbill was suddenly sky high. I was told by Pasco County I was losing 11 Thousand gallons of water a day. Before they would take any responsibility or help me they said I needed to bring in a Plumber to prove it wasn't ME flushing the toilets in my house straight for the full 24hrs a day or something. I pulled up Yelp and picked Flagship Plumbing based on reviews. and location. They charged me $200 ($50 off the normal price) for about an hour of checking out the house and the outside faucets and all that. I wasn't there. My roomate said the plumber did a good thourough job. He adjusted my toilets a bit but confirmed it wasn't an issue in my home. I've had few plumbing issues so can't speak to the cost of their time. $200 an hour seemed a bit steep but I was in a bind and didn't do any cost comparisons between them and other plumbers. But I was happy with my Service Call and the contact I had with Karl on the phone both before and after my service.

Flagship did incorrect work that they would not fix, tried to charge more than our contracted amount, and abandoned the job before it was completed. We hired Flagship Plumbing for a renovation project at the home my wife and I recently purchased. We contracted with Flagship to replace the existing polybutylene plumbing and to install all new fixtures. We had multiple issues with Karl L., the owner of Flagship Plumbing. He did installations """"his way"""" instead of the looking at the fixtures or spec sheets that I emailed to him. I emailed Karl spec sheets for our fixtures and vanities, sent follow up emails, brought the fixtures to our new home, and he never brought up any issues. We ended up having to return our neat shower fixture and purchase a different boring one of a specific brand because that was all Karl was capable of installing, his way, the wrong way. We also had issues with our vanities in both bathrooms because Karl does it his way without regard to the vanity purchased and the information provided. Flagship offered us a """"free estimate"""" for our large job; however, Karl tried to charge us $240 for his free estimate. He then said """"I thought you might notice"""" when I questioned him about the charge. This is a dishonest and shady business practice. Without the """"free estimate charge"""", Karl's asking price for our scope of work was $9,300. I asked if he would do the job for $9,000 and he agreed to this firm-fixed price. The next day, I drove to Flagship's 2nd hand shop, paid $3,000 (1/3 down), and received a copy of the work contracted and the price agreement of 3 - $3,000 payments. Ask Karl for a $300 price reduction on a $9,000 job and his way is to throw tantrums, disrespect you to the other tradesmen, complain to others that he got """"beat down"""", and include the """"beat down"""" language in his invoice. Karl sent me a $5,500 invoice for the 2nd $3,000 payment and tried to strong arm me into paying a total of $11,500 to complete the work despite us having a written legal agreement. I emailed Karl late in the evening when I discovered his gross negligence and asked him to PLEASE come to my home to fix his incorrect work in the next couple of days. Karl ignored our multiple emails and phone messages for a day, but when he called back, Karl told me how much extra he would charge to fix the incorrect work, then hung up on me, sent text message rants the next business day to another of my contractors stating that nobody is going tell me """"how to run my business"""" and that he is an """"honest contractor"""", and then abandoned the job without fixing his mistakes and before the remainder of the work was done. It is hard to believe anything that Karl L. says or writes. Karl complained that there wasn't a toilet to use at our home and that he had to haul away and dispose of drywall. Flagship took out the toilet that we left for the trades people to use and cost me additional money because he took the drywall away that everyone knows should be used to patch the holes he cut. Flagship owes me money based on the work performed, the extra it cost to complete his scope, and for his negligence!
