We received a phone call from FL Plumbing after they saw this review. We returned their phone call & again requested a physical contract or receipt with their business logo, license #, address, phone numbers, etc, with outline of product(s) with cost(s) for each, including labor costs, warranty, etc., that we would be paying for. Their response: per their rep, ALL done electronically (their iPad), nothing to print, or sign, or to document for a $1400-$2100 charge. Buyers Beware.

This is an updated review for those like me who do their research. I am very picky when it comes to letting anyone on my property or in my house. I was looking for a reputable plumber for the last three years to have work done on the house I bought three years ago. I put it off. As """"luck"""" would have it I had a leak so I had to look for a plumber LOL I did a Google search and had three estimates. Mike didn't sweet talk me like the second one did and was very confident in his ability to resolve my plumbing problem. He is honest stating in part """"I didn't know this [my huge property] was back here."""" Their ratings are very high 4.9 stars on Google and 5 stars on Yelp. (The minimum number of stars is or should be at least 4.5 stars average minimum on both Google and Yelp reviews.) They go by the name FL Plumber now which includes Pasco County, Pinellas County, and Hillsborough County. After they came out for free estimates, they came out to my main house in New Port Richey on October 27, 2023, November 8, 2023, and January 18, 2024 for a variety of plumbing work. They have been consistent. They also itemize the work on their invoices and leave a hard copy of the invoice for you for your records. Fair, honest, very professional. I feel as though they do not rip me off and they do not look down on me or my neighbors based on the location. (They value their customers.) I will be contacting them again for my other house in New Port Richey later :) I highly recommend. Call them at 727 269-7579 for a free estimate.

I have had them come out to fix a faucet a few months ago and a disposal a few weeks ago. The faucet was a bad sensor that was under warranty so he uninstalled it and installed a new one without a sensor. I had to return it but it saved me money. The disposal had a small leak and he sent someone right over that had a new one on the truck. It was replaced in under an hour. Quick response, fair price, and quality parts were installed. I'd recommend them to anyone in need.

Want to get be a big shoutout to these guys! As part of the sale of our house, we were required to have a new hot water tank installed. While 50g tanks are the norm and plentiful, 55g tanks are a rare bird & hard to find. Not only did Tarpon Springs Plumbing have one in stock, they sensed our urgency came out to install our new tank the same day! Fast, efficient, and a true pleasure to work with! And a fair price as well!

Filled out a quote request for a toilet removal and replace with FL Plumbers of Tarpon Springs. Owner called me back in less than 15 minutes. Quoted me a price which was reasonable and was in the range of work needed. Set up an appointment for the next day. Tim and Donovan where the workers for the project. They were great. They showed up on time, personable and very clean. Walked me through the whole process, updated me on any issues and included me on any decision making. It's refreshing to still have a company come to your home that cares and does great work. Going forward they will be top of the list for any plumbing issues.

I requested to have a new hose connection attached to the old existing connection coming out of the back of my house. James arrived and did a Fantastic and Incredible job of cutting off the old seized up and non-operational water connection!! He brazed a brand new connection to the copper pipe coming out of the house and placed a brand new T-valve/Ball valve, to the end of the connection. This new T-valve works Exceptionally Well and is way easier to use and keep clean. The new T-valve is a copper and composite plastic T-handle, so it will never rust!! The entire job took less than 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable!! The Florida Plumbers also gave me a 10% Veterans Discount, which was very pleasing and unexpected!!! I Highly Recommend this plumbing company for all of your plumbing needs and repairs!!! I know I will be using them again in the future for any of my plumbing repairs and upgrades!!! Mike LaRosa (the owner) promptly answered the phone himself at 5:50PM and gave me all the time in the world to chat about the plumbing issues I was having. Even better, he gave me a commitment to next day service. And that is how the excellent experience continued. Tim Fernandes came ready to work, but also listened diligently to understand the situation. His repair work was skillfully and quickly done without cutting corners. Fantastic job by Tarpon Springs Plumbing! Owner/representative Mike La Rosa called me back immediately, showed up at the appointment time, carefully looked over the plumbing problems and reassured us it would be done properly, timely, and ASAP He completed the projects cleanly and efficiently and painstakingly. I will definitely be keeping TSP as my primary plumbing contractor for all my needs, as well as recommending TSP to every one I know.
