Empezare por decir q no le doy cero porq no es posible. Llame ha esta compania porq vi su informacion en uno xe sus carros. Hacia tiempo q venia presentando problemas de tupicion en el bano del cuarto master de mi apt. Habia llevado ya a otros plomeros y el problema continuaba, quisi darle un chance a Fl green. Llegaron 2 muchachos e hicieron lo mismo q ya ze habia hecho. Pasaron la cinta y me dijeron q el problema estaba solucionado aun adi les dije q sacaran el toilet y despieran dijeron q no. Al final me afirmaron q no habria ploblemas y q si hubiera ellos volverian y safarian el toilet por 100 extras. Final del cuento. Me cobraron 275 dolares y a la semana usando solo el toilet para orinar se volvio a tupir. Cuando llame me dijeron q ellos no daban garantias en problemas de tupicion q si saliendo del apt a la hora ze.volvia a tupir no era su responsabilidad. Aun los plomeros q fueron a mi apt me afirmaron delante de testigos q ellos garantizaban su trabajo. Me quetian cobrar 300 mas por algo q nunca solucionaron. La supervisora con la q hable todo el tiempo ruda cortaba mi explicacion sin querer escuchar nada al respecto. Al final bote mi dinero. 275 a la basura. Por eso escribo este Review para evitar q otros zean estafados timados por esta compania . Si cuidan su dinero llamen a alguien mas.

Just bizarre prices. They got here and quoted $2,200 for a water heater. Negotiated it and they took to $1,500 to get the job. They did good job putting the water heater.

More people in S. Florida need to know about these guys...I can't say enough good things about Florida Green and the plumber that responded, Bryon. Bryon came out with an apprentice to investigate a leak in the backyard. Bryon gave me a fair estimate of the service and was committed on getting the job done correctly and timely. Bryon was skilled and explained the repairs as they were in progress and cleaned up the work space when he was finished. I am glad I called Florida Green and glad they sent Bryon! I recommend both for any of your plumbing needs in S. Florida. These guys are now """"our plumbers!""""

Although the workers were very good and did the job quickly, I do not recommend Bryan, particularly if you are elderly and female. I found Bryan's behavior toward me quite condescending and disrespectful.

I hired the Florida Green team to install a tankless water heater to replace the 60Gal tank water heater in the garage. Bryan came by the afternoon I called, looked the job location over, and made suggestions on the unit that would best suit me using the documentation I had already researched. He came the next afternoon, and the job was done by that evening. Bryon and his helper were very professional, both work-wise and personality-wise. Any suggestions that Bryon made simply confirmed what I had been planning to do and informed me of things to look out for in my project going forward. I really appreciate the work done by the specialists from Florida Green, and I will go back to them for any other projects that come up. JAM

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY! I hired them to fix my shower valves. Marco gave me a price and initially ASKED FOR FULL AMOUNT UPFRONT, but I gave them a deposit. Hours later, he informed that IT WOULD COST MORE since he needs to do additional work and since it was a replacement no damages would be made. Fine, I approved. Many hours later, the installer calls and asks for final payment, job is done. SURPRISE! All my tiles were broken, he never called me to even inform me of the damages! IN ORDER TO COVER UP THEIR DAMAGE he placed black duck tape to cover the broken tiles and cover the hole. When I said this was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE, he said just find a handymen to fix it. When I said this was not right and they need to repair, Marco agreed and said would come back the next morning. The next morning my tenant who lives in the unit, let him back in, and he REMOVED EVERYTHING AND LEFT ALL DAMAGES, AND SIMPLY LEFT! The lady from the office called and said everything was on contract and will not be refunding my deposit. I was left with major damage, all products removed, and had to find another company to repair everything they damaged. I must say, after having hired many contractors in the past, THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD.

Brian and Kevin were great. They did not have a caps for one of the toilets they installed. I ordered the caps but need to know what size the toilet screws are. Ask Brian to call me or drop by. 954 595-0970. Other than this problem I am very pleased. I'm getting the caps tomorrow and need lnfo on the screw size so I can install. Ofcourse if the guys could just drop by and put the caps on I would be most grateful. Mike Burke.

EXCELLENT! Can't say enough about my experience with Austin & Kevin. We had an emergency situation, needed pipes under sinks replaced to pass inspection for homeowner insurance. We couldn't pass inspection or secure homeowners insurance unless they were replaced & we had a deadline of only a few days before our insurance policy lapsed. I called Florida Green Plumbing, they literately came in about 45 min. They provided an estimate, (great price). They had another job to go to, but came back that evening and replaced all the pipes! The amazing service provided by Austin and Kevin was incredible. Austin was professional, knowledgeable and explained the entire process to get the pipes replaced under my kitchen sink and bathroom sink. He was able to get the work done in one day! I was more than satisfied with Austin and Kevin and clearly they will be my plumbers for any work going forward. Once you find a good plumber, don't ever let them go. These guys are a keeper! The lady who answered our initial call and kept in contact with us after the work was done, was also SUPER nice & professional, I think her name was Nicole. :) Thanks!
