If your looking for a Professional, easy to communicate with, reasonable person, Frank is your man. My husband and I were building an ADU. We had a few plumbers that abandoned the job. I prayed that God would send us an expert plumber and someone that was up for the challenge. I searched and ran into Frank With FKE. Frank was truly a Godsend. He came that night after he got his children situated. He gave us an estimate on the spot, which was very reasonable. We were so happy with Frank work ethics, and honesty. He would come sometimes to help answer questions that my husband had, and didn't charge extra, or complain about it, he was glad to help. We gained a plumber for life!

OMG! I can't believe I accidentally deleted my previous review! Now that's a rookie move. Well, that just means I have to rewrite all that wonderful information again! I don't mind, because Frank is certainly worth it.
From the photos, you will see the first issue I had that resulted in calling and meeting Frank on Halloween!

It all started when I noticed the corner of the house planter would be soaked after watering the grass and the sprinkler in that flowerbed was turned off. I took it upon myself to dig to see where the water was coming from because I knew it had to be a leak. I dug down just far enough to find two pipes and one had a slow leak that was connected to the sprinklers.

I come to my reliable source, Yelp! To find someone who could handle fixing the pipe. Well, that was an interesting journey. I had one guy pressure me to use him without even coming out to inspect the problem! Well after getting some outrageous quotes, that's when Frank contacted me and had a conversation about the photos what he would do, and how much he would charge, regardless of how long it took. And that was impressive and reasonable!

He came on Halloween! It was great because while he was on the ground wrestling with the pipe the kids and parents thought he was a prop. LOL Even though it took him longer than he originally thought he did not go up on his price! It was a flat rate and not like others that gouge you by the hour.

Now, fast forward to March 18th, 2024! Our water heater decided to act up and leak gas. And the crazy part is it wasn't leaking before we had a free maintenance inspection! (IJS). I called the gas company and they came out and saw that behind the control dial was a very slow gas leak. And that's when I told him about the company that came out to check... he even thought that was a bit suspicious. Especially since they quoted me $4000 to replace it!!!

Well, that's when I remembered Frank and messaged him immediately and asked if water heaters were on his list. And yes of course they were. He stated that once I found one he would even pick up the new one (it just happened to come with free delivery) and he would also discard the old one.

And as before, Frank was timely and professional! He came out replaced the old with the new and boom! Because Frank is a godly man (and not one of them fake godly men either) he is very trustworthy, that's why he is now on my speed dial!

If you want an honest, reasonable, and professional plumber Frank is your guy! He will not cheat you. His rates are very competitive. Not too many can beat what he does. And he will tell you to check others first. I highly recommend him.

As a Christian Podcastor, it means a lot to have someone you can call on and know they will not take advantage of you unlike... that last company, whom we cancel their monthly membership the same day!!

Can I just start with wow? There was a leak in the garage I sent Frank pictures and he was able to see it that afternoon. Turned out it was the pressure reducing valve in the main line. He thoroughly explained the problem and guided me with the purchase on the replacement part. He called a supplier and I check Amazon. He confirmed the Amazon price was better. He came again once the part arrived and he arrived early (kudos for that). He fixed it quickly and gave me a very reasonable price.

Frank replaced a ""Water Heater & Regulator Value"" at one of our Rental Homes. Frank provided a reasonable estimate for Parts & Labor, was punctual and completed the job in a timely manner.
