Anytime we have to address a plumbing, we immediately call FJ Hooks, whom we have used many times in the past. They continue to surpass our expectations. They always arrive on time, extremely professional and courteous. To include wearing ""paper booties"". I found their prices very reasonable, based on the type of work they perform. Will continue to use FJ Hooks in the future.

These guys are fantastic. We called them to make an appointment for our decreased water pressure in an upstairs shower. They made a non-emergency appointment with us within a few days. Then, we had a main water valve leak, which was an emergency. They came within a few hours and fixed it quickly. The bill was very reasonable for both situations and I'd definitely use them again and refer my family and friends as well. Their customer service reps make good use of texting to communicate, too.

Single mom here. Honestly, I was very overwhelmed trying to find a plumber during COVID for something I thought would be relatively simple. My faucet broke on my child's tub and needed it replaced but, had trouble with a diy. I called many plumbers for estimates that I couldn't afford or wanted to charge me a fee just to check it out. Their team ran the gas pipe though the basement of our house to the new pool heater, and did so in a highly professional manner that respected the interior of our house. They were so easy to deal with, fairly priced, and attentive to completing the job at the highest quality and in a timely manner. An FJ Hooks panel truck driver attempted to intimidate my husband & I as we driving in an unfamiliar area of Fairfax. He drove next to & extremely close to our car- gesticulating madly. All because we were in the wrong lane & had to move in front of him to avoid blocking traffic. If this is the kind of employee FJ Hooks has on it's staff-I wouldn't hire this company for any reason.
