So I just call this guy on the Saturday at 4 PM answered. I told him I had a problem with my water heater he asked me how old it was, asked me to manufacture basically recommended me to go see the manufacturer because it is still under warranty, you don't come across honest people like this very often.. Although I didn't get service/repair from him, I definitely got some great advice totally a cool guy next time I have a plumbing issue he will be the man

Fiz is very professional, I called him in the morning to get an estimate on my plumbing issue, and he came by promptly to give me a quote. He even gave me a lesson on how to detect water leaking from my system, and gave me a quick lesson on plumbing as well. I highly recocommend this plumber.

Needed my floor drains cleaned out for my business in Cudahy. Contacted Fiz based on Yelp reviews. John and Frank are very friendly and both came out to assess the job. They planned to hydro-clean the drains and offered to send a camera down to check things out. Quote $400. Scheduled an appointment and they didn't show up. I called 2 days later and they were very apologetic. Frank came out and explained that his van and tools were stolen but he could start with the tools he had and his other truck would come by and finish the job. Frank did some work then asked if he and his other truck could come back later that evening to finish the job. That was fine with me. Haven't seen or heard from Fiz since.

First of all, the guy forgot about my appointment and told me he'll come right after he is done with the previous job, which I didn't mind. Finally when he got to my house start working on the drain, he said the snake head was to big to fit so he had to charge me more money just to get the smaller snake head, which I agreed to it since he was already here.Then he said he will come the next day since he had to get the snake head, so I said it was fine then. The next day, never got a phone call, never showed up, waste my freakin' time and I had to take extra day off for this.This company showed me how unreliable they are!!! Yelp should have a S**t symbol for ratings for reviews like this one!!

This review is way over due.

I was going on vacation & the day before I'm leaving the main water line broke from my house. There was water gushing into the street. :( In a panic I called a plumber I had heard of on the radio. I was charged just for them to drain the water from the meter & assess the issue. Once they were done they quoted me astronomical prices. I'm not an expert in plumbing but the price sounded absurd to me. So I decided to go on yelp and found Fiz plumbing. Based on their high rating I decided to give them a try.

From the moment I talked to Frank he made me feel so comfortable, he was very nice & quoted me a fraction of the price. Even though he had other customers to attend to he said he would come over regardless of the time due to the emergency.

I can't tell you how great Frank was! He was very patient & his work was exceptional! What won me over was his honesty, which is hard to find nowadays. Thanks to Frank I was able to enjoy my vacation. From now on this is my plumber & company I refer to family and friends.

I contacted Frank regarding a water main leak at my home in Downey, explaining I wanted the line replaced with hard (type L) copper. Frank asked some questions and following my answers, was able to provide an estimate for the job. He said he would be on site the next morning. Right on time, Jose showed up to start the work and informed me Frank would be over soon. Frank arrived and looked at the site, took measurements and headed off to get the materials. Jose continued preparing the trench from the house side while I willingly pitched in from the street side (many hands make short work.) by the time we had the trench ready, Frank was back with the materials and they started laying it out. Watching Frank and Jose joining the pipes was like a work of art, the best soldering I have ever seen. Frank and Jose sleeved the new pipes to protect them from the elements and finished a couple of hours sooner than I expected. They pressurized the line, performed a leak test (there weren't any), and we began back filling the trench. Frank had to head out to another site and said he would stop back by to ensure I was satisfied. I was, and when Frank presented the bill, it turned out to be less than originally estimated.

I have found my new plumber. No more calling around, wondering if they will show up, etc. FIZ Plumbing is #1 in my book.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish the company far exceeded our expectations with their customer service. Frank was so accommodating (he was at breakfast when we called) and quick. He had his guy Johnny come out to take a look and Johnny walked me through everything and gave me best/worst case and made sure we knew what was going on the entire time. I've been referring everyone I know in the area to Fiz Plumbing because it's so hard to find a company that's fair and trustworthy.
If I could give ten stars, I would.

Frank is awesome! Not only is he extremely reliable, but he is honest and does top notch work. The man does not stop! I was really hoping he would be able to do the job even though I live a tad out of area, he agreed to and came out the next day! I was so relieved. Frank really knows what he's doing and he wants his customers to understand what's going on with their plumbing problems. He explained things in a way I could understand and told me how I could prevent further problems. No complaints. Remember this guy next time you need a plumber, you'll be glad you did!

My building had an underground gas pipe that had to be replaced due to a leak. During this time, I was upset and overwhelmed by the thought of having to find an honest plumber. I took to Yelp (like I always do) and trusted Fiz's amazing reviews.

From beginning to the end, Frank was professional, easy going, reliable and honest. He did an outstanding job managing the plumbing crisis and gave me a reasonable deal on replacing 4 underground gas lines as well as helped me pull 4 permits which passed inspection on the 1st time. He is truly an angel with a wrench!
