I contacted Frank regarding a water main leak at my home in Downey, explaining I wanted the line replaced with hard (type L) copper. Frank asked some questions and following my answers, was able to provide an estimate for the job. He said he would be on site the next morning. Right on time, Jose showed up to start the work and informed me Frank would be over soon. Frank arrived and looked at the site, took measurements and headed off to get the materials. Jose continued preparing the trench from the house side while I willingly pitched in from the street side (many hands make short work.) by the time we had the trench ready, Frank was back with the materials and they started laying it out. Watching Frank and Jose joining the pipes was like a work of art, the best soldering I have ever seen. Frank and Jose sleeved the new pipes to protect them from the elements and finished a couple of hours sooner than I expected. They pressurized the line, performed a leak test (there weren't any), and we began back filling the trench. Frank had to head out to another site and said he would stop back by to ensure I was satisfied. I was, and when Frank presented the bill, it turned out to be less than originally estimated.

I have found my new plumber. No more calling around, wondering if they will show up, etc. FIZ Plumbing is #1 in my book.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish the company far exceeded our expectations with their customer service. Frank was so accommodating (he was at breakfast when we called) and quick. He had his guy Johnny come out to take a look and Johnny walked me through everything and gave me best/worst case and made sure we knew what was going on the entire time. I've been referring everyone I know in the area to Fiz Plumbing because it's so hard to find a company that's fair and trustworthy.
If I could give ten stars, I would.

Frank is awesome! Not only is he extremely reliable, but he is honest and does top notch work. The man does not stop! I was really hoping he would be able to do the job even though I live a tad out of area, he agreed to and came out the next day! I was so relieved. Frank really knows what he's doing and he wants his customers to understand what's going on with their plumbing problems. He explained things in a way I could understand and told me how I could prevent further problems. No complaints. Remember this guy next time you need a plumber, you'll be glad you did!

My building had an underground gas pipe that had to be replaced due to a leak. During this time, I was upset and overwhelmed by the thought of having to find an honest plumber. I took to Yelp (like I always do) and trusted Fiz's amazing reviews.

From beginning to the end, Frank was professional, easy going, reliable and honest. He did an outstanding job managing the plumbing crisis and gave me a reasonable deal on replacing 4 underground gas lines as well as helped me pull 4 permits which passed inspection on the 1st time. He is truly an angel with a wrench!

I had an issue with my shower head not working as it should, so I called Frank and asked for him to stop by and take a look at it. Frank looked at the shower and diagnosed the issue.- it was a simple fast fix! It was very refreshing to meet/work with an honest plumber! I will be calling Frank from now on! I needed to replace a section of my mainline because of root damage. Fiz was able to work with me for pricing (very affordable compared to Roto Rooter) and he helped throw in a few other services (helped with a dishwasher air gap). His staff cleaned up after and were all responsive to questions.

I actually thought the yelp reviews I saw may not be reliable but it has been a very pleasant surprise. Fiz's very bubbly personality made me want to take a risk with this plumbing company and I would definitely recommend him!

There is a reason why Fiz had 5 stars. The most honest and nice guys I've ever met at 10 in the evening, even without alcohol. Came out on his birthday, while eating dinner with his family, and explained everything perfectly, with a lot of patience. Fiz and his, ""grandpa,"" are the best. They handled my plumbing situation, and even cleaned up afterwards. Will recommend Fiz Plumbing to everyone I know. Keep living the American dream Frank, and if you're reading this at 2 in the morning, God told me to tell u to get some rest buddy.

Fast and excellent service! Very friendly! Frank came out on short notice and fixed our clogged bathroom sink. He also gave us tips to maintain the pipes to avoid another clog. I can honestly say Frank at Fiz Plumbing was an answered prayer!!

Let me start by saying I have never left a review but Frank just left my house and it's 11:45 on a Friday night. He was able to come out on a short notice on a Friday night no less and did an amazing job. He cleared my shower drain quickly, explained what the issue was and how I could do preventative maintenance on my own. He even looked at my water heater and gave me tips there too. Went above and beyond in every way and is an all around nice, fair guy. You will not regret calling him!
