My water heater was leaking and after inspection I realized that it was corroded and needed to be replaced. I needed a plumber fast and was hoping I could find a plumber even though it was Saturday and most were either booked or not working. I immediately went to Yelp and found FIZ plumbing and with a 5 star rating I immediately called. Frank answered and agreed to come do the work. He even recommended a great place to find a good quality water heater at a great price. When he arrived, I was immediately drawn to his spirit and energy. You couldn't find a more energetic and friendly plumber on a Saturday evening. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, honest and fair. If you take the time to listen to Frank, he will explain the process and help you understand how plumbing works. It definitely makes you feel at ease that you have an honest plumber working for you without feeling like you are being ripped off. It was a pleasure to have him over to replace my water heater. I would highly recommend FIZ plumbing.

Our main line was backed up so we called a plumber. The first guy that came out spent 2 hours trying to fix the problem, but he couldn't so he left. I called Fiz afterward and he fixed the issue in 10 minutes or less!!!

I was shocked because the previous plumber made it seem impossible, but Fiz fixed it so easily.

He is definitely one of the best plumbers I have ever met. He is friendly, and willing to teach me about our plumbing so we can take better care of our house. When we told him we were purchasing a new home out of state, he even asked us to call him if we had any questions he could answer! Very nice man, very good plumber.

Fiz came out and did great work for us on two occasions, once in the kitchen and once in the bathroom. I was happy with his work and felt like I didn't have to think about finding a plumber again because I had my guy. Well, after making two appointments that he never showed up for, it's looking like he's not our guy after all. The first no-show he had the respect to text me that he was sick though it was very last minute. The second no-show, we made an appointment for a specific time which I took off work to be home for and he never showed, never called, never returned my messages. So rude. Don't even waste your time, call someone else.

Fiz came to my home on an emergency call for my water heater that just about exploded. He fixed the problem in no time! While he was here, he also unclogged my bathtub for free! This guy is the man!

So i needed a plumber and wanted to find someone close to the city i live in. a few plumbers came up. But for some reason i like the reviews written about Fiz Plumbing. I called the number and spoke to frank who i later found out was Fiz. After explaining my problem to Fiz he said he was busy do to other jobs and it would take a few days to get to me. That was fine with me as he sounded honest and friendly and it really wasn't a major emergency on my end. Well Fiz actually called me back later in the day and said he could be there that day. i thought that was cool. Fiz was actually running late do to another job and called to let me know. Once again, very cool. After he arrived at my house i explained the problem and he got right to work. He fixed the problem ASAP. The price was very reasonable. Fiz has a great attitude towards life and loves what he does.. He especially likes helping people. i would recommend Fiz to everyone i know that has a plumbing issue. I hope this review helps.

Fiz showed up the same day I called him, even though he was booked up and turned his day into a long one. By the time he left the problem was gone. He gave me a good estimate for some future work. I would recommend Fiz Plumbing to anyone Frank the owner came out was on time and very friendly called other companies and where trying to charge me an arm and a leg cause it was after hours to fix a toilet that was backed up Frank came out fixed it and charged a very fair prize will definitely use and recommend Fiz Plumbing again thanks Frank for the great service.

I had a serious water leakage on Monday and I called Fiz Plumbing a few days later and Frank (owner) came out to assess the situation. It was a pretty big ordeal that had to involve the homeowner's insurance and remediation company to extract the moisture behind the walls and carpets. Anyhow, Frank and I talked a few times and I was ready to hire him for the job if the price was right since their would be some out of pocket expenses and some would be covered by the insurance policy and all I needed was a written proposal bid and not just an estimate from Frank. He told me he would draft it up and send it to me and well its now been 3 days later and not even a simple phone call or email from him or anyone else from his company. I called and left him a message on his voicemail yesterday and still no response as if he just vanished from the face of the earth unexpectedly. I know he told me that he's a 1 man army and its hard to find reliable plumbers to work under him as he may take on way too many projects but as a owner, its important to communicate with your potential clients within a reasonable amount of time, in which he failed to do so. If he couldn't handle the job because he was so tied up elsewhere, I would understand that but its not only professional but its a common courtesy to your potential clients to let them know if you will take on the job or not instead of leaving your potential clients up in the air, especially when the claims adjuster has also been waiting patiently and the dehumidifer is sucking up all electricity bill.
