We hired this company to fix one toilet. The guy that was here convinced us to replace our old toilets. Long story short-- Toilets are already falling apart after less than a month of installation. We rescheduled for someone to come fix them and nobody showed up. No one is answering their phones.

We had toilets that lasted for 17 years without a problem, and these new ones are falling apart. Somebody please explain this to me.. I will update review when the company decides to keep an appointment and fix the problem. Thank you.

The Best Plumber in Town! So you have a Water Heater that doesn't work and cold showers are on the menu what do you do?Step number one you call around and discover every plumbing service wants to charge you $100-$150 just to drive to your place whether they fix anything or not just a service call fee!! And that is after you called and got dispatch, a message service or a machine that cannot give you an approximation of how much you are about to spend or how long until they get to your place, that was insane! So I called Fiz Plumbing and guess who answers...The Owner Frank! no machine, no rude dispatch lady, but a real plumber that tells you how long until he can arrive to your place and meanwhile he asks you what the problem is and the troubleshooting begins! Now what about that hefty service call fee... he DOESN'T CHARGE ONE!! You know you are dealing with a great and confident plumber because he knows his stuff and is not trying to rip you off with a service call charge, I mean $100 to drive from your Downey business to my Downey address? Really? Forget those guys. So the heater needed a gas control valve and the ignition assembly, problem diagnosed. He knew where to get the parts, the only place that carries those parts and lowest price was in Corona he gave me the choice to drive there myself and save some money, he flushed the water Heater, replaced the parts, cleaned the burner, left the heater working and 8 apartments happy for the reasonable amount of $160... yes you read that right what we would have paid someone else to drive here paid for the water heater repair!! Can't beat that!!! Frank is the Best!!

Idk maybe the guy knows what he's doing.but when we had a gas leak we called him.his guys did the detection, charged us 250$, claimed it was fixed, turned out it wasn't.so we called him back, they did more work, claimed it was fixed again, tried charging us around 800$ when it turns out it wasn't fixed.AGAIN! Now why would we pay that amount of money when they didn't do what they said- fixed the leak?.they came back again looked around and said they couldn't find a leak, and that all our pipes would need to be replaced and he would be obliged to do it for the going rate of 6000$!!.after all that we decided it was best to get a 2nd opinion.these plumbers found the leak right off the bat, turns out yes SOME of our pipes were bad, not ALL! Anyways the problem was fixed in 2 days, for 5000$ cheaper.thanks for being HONEST!

Customer service is really Frank's main goal! Jeremy as well! I had a leak in my house yesterday that flooded the whole underneath of my house and called Fiz plumbing after Hagan plumbing never showed up.. When I called Fiz and told him the problem he said text me your address and I'll be there in 10 to 15 minutes he really made me feel that he took my emergency as seriously as I did! Also true to his word he was here within 10 minutes and assessed the problem immediately. He told me I needed a restoration company due to all the water under my house before he could get underneath, he referred a wonderful company high velocity and they were here within 20 minutes. Fiz plumbing and high velocity restoration worked so closely together yesterday to solve my problem with my house and really made me feel comfortable and knowing that it was taken care of correctly I can't thank yelp enough for helping me find these two companies!! Also his quote was very reasonable didn't make me feel like he was trying to overcharge me or rake me over the coals, he really is out to serve people and to do a good job!! Also gave us several tips on how to know if we have a leak in the future and what to do and also how to take care of preventive maintenance to keep further leaks from happening in our house as well as giving tips for our water heater.. Thank you Fiz and Jeremy for your wonderful customer service!!!

I had a plumbing emergency in the evening and called Fiz based on all the great reviews. I made an appointment for 11am the next day. Nobody showed up and after waiting 30 minutes, I repeatedly tried to call Fiz. I kept getting their voicemail and I could not leave any message because the mailbox was full. I ended up having to scramble and find someone else at the last minute. It was an unnecessarily stressful experience.

After I left a text message, I finally received a reply the next day saying he had some emergency to attend to. Unless they're running a one-man show, someone should have called to let me know or at least picked up the phone when I called.

I work for a cabinet hardware distributor in Vernon and called Frank to take a look at a leak in one of the restrooms at the facility. I called at about 1:00 PM and asked if he'd be able to come out today. Frank let me know that he was on his way to another service call and that he would be by as soon as he was finished. He arrived at about 3:30 and promptly evaluated the problem, gave me some potential causes, and then set about taking care of it. In this case it was a simple fix at a very fair price and he was on his way by 3:45. Frank's string of 5-star reviews made me call, receiving 5-star service myself has me leaving one of my own. Thank you, Frank!
