Sal Gave my husband a quote to replace an outdoor faucet. About $90 per faucet. Repairman came with no phone call saying he was on his way, without the tools he needed, had to go out to get parts, charged us over twice the price they quoted us. $260. He knocked it down to $240 after we complained. We will never use them again and I suggest no one else does.

George never returned my calls when my boiler he installed shut off last winter. I had to find another plumber for a emergency call, this year it finally cracked and was still under warranty(7 yrs.) after I called Crown and sent pictures of the Boiler i was told it wasn't piped correctly therefore the warranty was null and void. Poor service , poor workmanship

First off I made a appointment for 2pm. I didn't get a call until 3:15 that someone would be here soon. Which was about 3;30. The guy was very nice asked him for a few prices and he didn't know. He was at my house no longer than 15 minutes and did nothing. as he is leaving say he has to go to the truck to write up my bill.????? Came back in and I had to pay $90 for nothing. And got no return call today. RIPPED OFF!!!!! and I tell you this that when my husband was alive he did not charge to go look at a plumbing job never.

George is the most phenomenal and creative plumber I've met. Honest peicing, honset answers and tries to save you as much money as possible by not nickel and diming you with little pieces. We had him install a gas line for our dryer, fix a sink that was leaking and fix an issue with our one bathroom.

I've already called him back to work on an old hot water heater and he made sure I didn't get ripped off for a part I needed and gound it for 80% less than other stores.

The part, in turn didn't fix the issue, however, he has a plan for any situation.

I trust him wholly on whatever plumbing and heating services we need.

Steve came by for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. That was the last we heard of him. He wasted our time by coming by, asking questions, taking notes and promising an estimate. Im starting to get tired of contractors who say one thing and do another. I have news for you, when you are coming to look at a job, you are applying for a job. If you are not interested, be man enough to say so. Steer clear of this company, don't waste your time dealing with someone as unprofessional as Steve. Even after emailing, he never responded. I consider myself lucky that we did not hire him because he would probably do the same thing after starting the job...

I needed a plumber to fix my tub faucet . George came within hours, same day and he fixed the problem which was minor without charging me. Usually other plumbers charge you a fee to come out and look but not with fixzit man. Free estimates! He was super nice and I will definitely use them again!
