I had a serious clog in my main sewer line and I called Fixxer Plumbing around 2:30. They told me to expect someone in the late afternoon but they showed up at 4:45, pretty good timing in my book. Jason Lance and his helper had my line cleared in 5 minutes and discussed further steps to get to the ROOT of the problem. Very happy with the service

I called back into Fixxer. I was upset at being charged for what I felt was little to no appropriate work for the fee.

I asked to speak to a manager. One wasn't available, but he did call me back within 30 minutes. He wanted to hear my side and why I was upset. I explained my situation in detail. He understood my reasoning, was apologetic and thankful for the call. He felt the call would be helpful to try and work with the team to educate them for the future situations so there was not another issue with another client. He did explain that part of the team was a new staff member that he was trying to get up to speed.

For resolution he did credit me back my full initial charge, which I appreciated.

I did want to update this review and let people know that there was a successful and timely resolution to my issue, but I am not going to change my rating because overall my experience was still not better than the initial 1 star. The only point that would have raised the rating was that the issue was resolved, but none of the items of the initial process changed.

Additionally, the company was aware of my review and addressed it in the call, but, again, it took my call to have them discuss it with me versus doing any active reach out to try and resolve. I do not write many reviews, but I have seen that when a poor review comes in, some companies respond or try to reach out to resolve.

It is my hope that with my input the team can look to put together better process so in the future there are not any more issues, but that may take some time and timing.

Additionally, Fixxer's show up fee was a $140ish charge. Then the hole digging and/or leak detection was above and beyond that before we even got to the charge for the actual fix. Unfortunately, the dig, leak detection and issue fix numbers are about the same, but other companies had a significantly lower show up fee. The second plumber I used had a $40 fee. That's a big difference and I was happy with their service, Baker Brothers.

Unfortunately, with leaks, sometimes you have to go with who can show up 1st.

I have never written a negative review because I understand how hard it is to run a successful business; but when a company chooses not to respect its customers and does not provide service in a professional manner, then I am obligated to warn others. This ordeal started over a month ago, it took awhile for Fixxer Plumbing to get started on the repairs of my sewage line. I thought it was all due to logistics but by the way the problem has been handled, it is obvious promptness is not a standard they follow. It's been way over a month since this ordeal started and attached is the current condition of my lawn; mind you, I have been wetting the heap of sand daily, hoping it will settle in but this is what I have 2weeks after completion.
After the replacement of the line was done, the company told me that the sewage line would be shut off for about an hour for inspection; after almost 8hrs (7hrs after the job was inspected by the city) I still had not seen nor heard from the technician. I had to keep driving my elderly parents to McDonalds to use the restroom. I understand these things can be unpredictable but to be professional is to communicate with your customers. To make it worse, when I called to ask how much longer it would take the lady that answered the phone gave me a nasty attitude.
My breaking point was when I called last week to ask Cheryl when the job would be completed; her response was that they were done. The posted picture is the state of the "so-called" completed job..... with pipes sitting at the side of my house. My question is, why did she tell the insurance company the job was completed and she had pictures to prove it, then tell me she would send someone over later to inspect it? Mind you the insurance agreement states that Fixxer Plumbing will cover the landscape damaged in the process of repair. I hate that I have to type this complaint on a public forum, when the company could have handled it privately. After all my complaints she said will send someone over on Monday (which is 5days later) to inspect it. Tomorrow is Monday, we will see how this is handled.

Excellent no hassle quality service. I called the Fixxer Company to come fix my stopped up bathtub. They said they would be there by 11 am and actually showed up 10 minutes earlier. They unclogged my bathtub and left it cleaner and working better than it has been for a long time. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great plumber.

By far the best service I've gotten, they repaired a leak for me at my vacation home, I wasn't able to be there so they sent me pictures of the repair before and after they were finished! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Its funny how Y--p works, you can get online and slander a company just because your estimate was too high. The free world works that way. Its called an estimate for a reason. Its a matter of opinion as to the exact cost of repairs. The other estimate may have missed something. Regardless, this company should have the option to opt out of this forum but they cant. Soon they will get scam calls because they got the one star. And it will be a call from the website you are looking at telling this poor business they can fix their rating if they pay.

Extremely overpriced. I had three plumbing companies come out to assess a leak in my house, and the quote from the Fixxer Company was over TWICE what the other companies estimated. Moreover, the other two companies were more reputable and have been around longer than the Fixxer Company. I would strongly not suggest unless you want to pay twice the amount for comparable work.

Great Service! Called them out for a leak in the yard. They came out simple fix. dug up the spot and repaired on same day.
