Great experience with Fixpectation. Very professional and very hard working. We had them put together a 14x20 metal gazebo during the summer. They worked nonstop in the heat for two full days. The job took longer than expected and they still honored our quote. Very nice gentleman and very professional. Would definitely use them again as well as recommend to friends.

Be careful with the scam that this guy is pulling on clients.

I inquired for a job to be done, and Hansen replied. He requested to come to my house to make measurements. There is no mention of any fees or charges in measuring or giving quotes. I agreed for him to come to my house. When he got here still no mention of any fees or charges for doing measurements. After doing all measurements, he said he will get back with a quote. After one day I got a quote in which I put the job on hold.

Then he added that FYI, inspection cost is $80.00 which was never mentioned ever in our conversation. I don't know if this is how they handle business, but usually customers are informed of any fees ahead of time before anyone shows up even for measurements. I felt that they are being dishonest in doing business, and they are trying to scam me by not telling me details of any hidden charges.

Very unprofessional! I would not recommend this business and would rather stay away.

I asked for a ""receipt"" have the project was complete and was told be Hans he does not give receipts he's a ""handyman"". He has a business truck that states Fixperfection. Not a legitimate business, Shady Character!
