In 2018, Justin DiGregorio founded Fixit Construction, leveraging over 20 years of experience in the construction and remodeling industry. Starting as a framer building custom homes in New Mexico, Justin quickly advanced to become one of the youngest foremen and project managers in both commercial and residential sectors.

Upon relocating to Chester County, Pennsylvania, Justin saw a need for a reliable remodeling contractor who valued clear communication, transparency, and exceptional craftsmanship. This realization motivated him to launch Fixit Construction.

For over five years, Fixit Construction has become the leading local contractor for kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, decks, and specialty projects throughout Chester County and the surrounding area. Justin manages a small but talented team of carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, all focused on exceeding client expectations.

Justin began his journey in construction at the age of 16, working alongside his father and uncle to build custom homes. By 18, he was working for larger companies, constructing developments for DR Horton, Pulte, Beezer, and KB Homes. His drive propelled him to lead his own crew by 21, and by 24, he was managing entire home developments as a project manager. In 2006, he shifted to independent contracting for various builders and homeowners until 2018, when he identified a need for honest, communicative, and reliable contractors, inspiring him to launch his own company.
