Called William for a Grand Design refrigerator recall. He was familiar with the recall and scheduled me in the very next week. He texted me in advance letting me know the traffic situation and he was on his way. Arrived on time and did the repair within the time limits for the work. It was a difficult job requiring moving the fridge and climbing up inside the small space in the RV. Great to have someone come to your house so you don't have to haul the trailer somewhere else where it is going to sit for a while. Convenient, professional, and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend and if needed will definitely be calling again.

Dixon was the only guy to respond to me the same day. He told me what problem I was having over the phone and we troubleshoot it. He was very honest and admitted he didn't even need to come out. I cannot speak on his work, but he was honest and knowledgeable for sure.

Update: I figured it was time for an AC service. William came out the next day and was on time and professional. He took care of of my issues easily for a fair price. Highly recommended.

My air conditioner went out on my toy hauler and in Las Vegas you can't last long without it. I called Fixin Dixon and they responded right away and fixed my air in a couple of hours. They did a thorough job and I also had them clean my other air conditioner and the job was well done. They even show you pictures of the progress and was very professional. I would highly recommend them if you have any RV problems.
