I have serious concerns with this company, unresolved after several months. I tried to have my heating unit repaired. They seemed to find something different everytime, but nothing repaired the unit. Last attempt resulted in my having to call out the fire department. Company office manager said they were booked (too busiy) and couldn't come out to check their work. I called the fire department who disconnected the unit. Company has continued to bill me but has made no attempt to come back to repair the unit or to determine what had been done to caiuse the fire. By the way, the company representative who told me to call the fire department because they were booked, i'm told no longer works there.

Helped handle an interesting issue with an electric meter that required involving the city. The office team and the technician (Brad) provided excellent communication throughout the process and once the day came had the repair completed in minutes... once the city tech showed up.

I would not recommend this company, They came out to give us a quote on our repairs and the intake person (Alysia) didn't correctly input our visit as a quote, but as a service. The poor technician cleaned our broken ice maker before I could stop him and let him know that I actually wanted a quote for repairs. He was very understanding and kind and told me he would create a quote for both appliance repairs. After that everything went sideways, I received a call from his office and Elizabeth was so rude, unprofessional and unrelenting. I repeatedly explained the situation and she was completely disrespectful, kept repeating the same things over and over without any understanding, or ability to discern the right course of action. I asked to speak to someone that could help make a decision, the owner, someone who could value a business relationship, and she wouldn't respond with any logical or rational direction. Towards the end of the call (approx. 20 minutes) I asked her to have someone to call me that would help me through this mess that was made and we could navigate a solution, and I hung up. No one ever called me back, a few days later I received an invoice via e-mail, I responded asking for a quote and never received a reply.

I did find another company that is excellent for corporate repairs, 512refrigeration, the owner Jason personally called for our quote and his employees are incredible customer service oriented.

It all started with replacing my 20 year old ac. About 7 months ago they came in replaced it and left I gave them good recommendation. 3 days later ac quit working. Tech who installed it responded and while trying to fix it ( THE INSTALLER SAID HE DID NOT LEVEL iT. IT WAS 1" UNLEVELED) The tech kept telling me he was having a bad day and that he knew he screwed up on the day of install. Fast forward to present time Sept05,2021 My ac has still been causing problems. A professional tech came out found the Freon was empty and just kept shaking his head. This guy was the tech who cleaned up the installers mess. ( A new ac and I kept getting denials for repairs??? ) This tech found the leak and fixed it!!! Local tech. He's the guy who came after the original installers screwed everything up. It's a long story. But stay away from fixed for major jobs. The guy who fixed it apart from the original techs could not believe they would not warranty the mess from the original installers. This local tech went to bat for me and got the approvals for my repair. Just stay away is all I can say $8000 for a two cycle ac 7 months old has spent more time off and broke than working. Head my warning good luck. As for the tech who came out and fixed this mess which should have never happened. I would give him a call for ac repairs. His business is FIXING IT AC number 512-247-1822 tech is GONZALO ORTIZ... this man went to bat fixing my ac and all the damage the original AC installers did. Of course he responded through fix app.. but aside from fixed if you have ac heating problems I would recommend Mr Ortiz. Again good luck and thank you Mr. Ortiz for fixing that mess from the original installers....

This company started out great (2019) but has been nothing but a headache the last 6 months. Their technicians are inconsistent and customer service is inadequate. The chat team is polite, but powerless. I have been without a fridge/freezer since Dec. 15 - since then, I've had three service appointments (including one where the technician no showed) with the third being on Dec. 30. Fixd scheduled the follow up for Jan. 31. A month later! It is unacceptable to go 7+ weeks without a fridge/freezer. Seriously - don't waste your money. You'll end up paying a third party to repair it anyway.

This company was just totally awesome. They came to my house and were as professional as can be. Daniel fixed my problem and was out within an hour. You would not have even known they were at my home. Total respect of my house. Even put plastic covers on his feet because my front yard is slop. Thanks guys!!!! I will use you in the future and recommend all my friends

I used Fixed on several occasions and have had nothing but a positive experience. All quotes were reasonable. All work done as agreed. Office staff nothing but friendly and always followed up during the project. I would absolutely use them again!

Don't use these guys! They claim to be the "Jack of all Trades", they are mediocre. They won't do your repairs in time, they won't communicate with you. There is a huge disconnect between there office/dispatch and their technicians. They don't want to look out for the customer, they just want to charge you more and more. Should have looked at their reviews on here first, they all say pretty much the same thing!
