Buyer beware, money hungry. From Escalation of diagnostics to misdiagnosis. The audacity to charge $350 for a regular toilet bolt. Even after payment he failed to show up.

We received exemplary service from the moment I spoke with Ben concerning the issues we were having in our home (water leak/damaged basement ceiling/water heater malfunctions) to having Nick in our home repairing those issues. They both were very professional, clearly knowledgeable in their field, and honest, which speaks volumes to me because they could have easily taken advantage of my mother and I, who knows very little about any of this. The service was great fixed my problem quickly. I called him and explained my issue and he stated that he would be at my house to fix my problem within the hour. He arrived within the time frame he said he would and explained the best plan of action and did the work and then had me look at his work before closing up so that I was sure of the solution .
