I had a major flooding issue in the house, I called a well known named plumber who shrugged his shoulders and said it's a septic issue. Called the septic company and had them do work only for the plumbing to still be leaking. Called a second plumber and he came and disconnected the toilets and sinks but didn't have an answer on what caused it. Finally I called Fix It! Services and got what I was looking for! The technician Joey came out, was knowledgeable, explained everything to me, and gave me a report of findings. I have so much respect for this company for doing honest plumbing work after being strung along and pockets emptied by two other well known plumbing companies in the area. They offer tons of other services as well and I will definitely use them for all my future plumbing/hvac needs! 10/10!

Service was outstanding. Although technician had to leave to get correct parts to complete the job, service was prompt and professional. Technician took time to explain job and what was involved. Service was excellent and well worth the cost.

We had a sewer issue where another company guessed at what the problem was. Jordan with Fixit Services out of Hawkins came out and very quickly determined it was a collapsed line in the yard. Jordan did what he could to get us by till everything was approved to replace the line which took less than a day for him amd Justin to replace appropriately 50 ft of line. After checking other places, fixit was the cheapest and did an outstanding job. Jordan and Justin were professio al and explained everything that had to be done prior to doing anything. We will be using Fixit services for any plumbing issues.

If you have a water heater installed, check all of the pipes and fittings before the one year warranty expires. Company used galvanized pipes and fittings that are unable to handle the hard Texas water. We are now stuck with a leaky water heater and company will not fix after a year and two months.

So happy to have found this wonderful company! After our hardwood floors buckled, Dry It Services did an amazing job making sure everything was dried out. Their technician was also able to use a moisture meter to pin-point where the leak was originating behind a wall so that the plumber wouldn't have to make multiple holes in different areas. If you suspect a leak, or have moisture problems, call Dry-It!

Deondra & Devron came out the same day after a Backup leaked water all over my carpet. Their Water Mitigation only took 1 day they removed carpet padding and dried out the carpet and bath with fans. Thank you Nathan for giving me Joey's name for Water Mitigation and sending these helpers out and thank you Fit It Services for your Fast Plumbing work in fixing my problem. I want to give a huge Shout Out to Fix it Services, specifically to Westin, Taylor, Kevin and the dispatch team for coming to our rescue.

The modest older home I bought for my son and his mentally handicapped daughter (my granddaughter) in February developed a leak around the meter, evidenced by a pool of water in the meter and a lot of healthy green grass. On a Friday evening, the Gatesville water department came out and determined that it was not their issue because water was running through the meter and they turned off the water to the home, leaving my son and his mentally challenged daughter without water. I called around trying to find a plumber, and they were the only plumbing agency that returned my call: and did so within hours. They came out and quickly analyzed the situation, which was the 52 year old PVC waterline going from the meter to the house was the source of the leak. They gave me three choices and quotes for the respective repairs. I chose to replace the entire waterline due to it being 52 years old and I and I did not want another leak to fix as the line degraded. They quoted yesterday that they would be able to get to it in approximately a week. I explained that I had my son in a hotel, as he needed water to care for my granddaughters special needs. They then went above and beyond, surprised me and showed up today and replaced the line, and even did a few extra things above and beyond the contract scope. What an amazing team!

Floor installers accidently sawed into the main water line of our house causing water to pool on the concrete slab in one room and get into three walls before we could shut off the water. Fix It Services had men out there within 30 minutes. They were able to find and repair the damage quickly. They also got fans and heaters set up to dry out the moisture that had managed to get under the sill plates in the room. Their service was quick and professional. They provided pictures and good documentation of the damages and the restorative services provided.

I rent though JWC, My toilet bowl wouldn't flush correct at all. JWC used Fix It Plumbing, they made an appointment from 9-12 p.m. They did not call me to let me know the plumber would be at my home later that night. the plumber came to my home at 8 p. m. at night. When he took the toilet apart he realize he did not have the parts to fix it. My toilet needed a 4 inch flusher and he only had a 2 inch, he came so late Lowes was closed. So after he left they sent out Kevin the next day. Once he got to my home, he acted like he did not know what was going on. Once I said I was about to call the company he magically remembered his notes on what to do with the toilet. He told me he was about to leave to go and get parts from his truck and left his bag in my bathroom. This man was gone for almost a hour. I kindly grabbed his bag and left it outside my door and called the company and told them to never to send me Kevin. They sent a third plumber and the job still was not fixed. JWC had to hire another company to fix the toilet. Now it is flushing hard and the level is all back working correct. If anyone is reading this I employ and beg you PLEASE do not come to this company.

If zero stars was an option it would be a better rating for this company. They are totally taking advantage of people and WAY overcharging for their services. A repair that is estimated online to be a $100-150 job, this company gave us an estimate of $700 to fix ( and took about 5 minutes to complete, by the way). Luckily my husband is super handy and was able to do some googling and you tube videos and was able to get us fixed for $50, and that includes buying all of the equipment needed to sauder. We will NEVER use this plumber and I will make sure that everyone I know in the area doesn't use them either. Definitely scam artists as the other reviewer recently pointed out. You should be ashamed of yourself, fix it services!!
