Fix-It Rite!

My parents were having a terrible time with their heater intermittently going out. Well we called out Fix it Rite. They came out and the heater was working fine and they couldn't find any issues. The darn heater was working and wouldn't quit (intermittent issues are so frustrating). They spent a bunch of time testing the unit but couldn't find any issues as the heater was working fine, so they left. The next day the heater stopped working again so I called back Fix it Rite and they came right out again that day without any additional cost (nice!). Well this time the heater thankfully decided to act up and fail while they were looking at the heater (yeah!). They had all the parts they needed to do the repair and the cost was very reasonable. Here is the cool part. They actually called me the next day just to see how things were going, what cool service. Great guys, Steve and Andrew. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind thru the whole process. I will call them next time I have an issue for sure.

I would not mark any stars for this business, They attempted to defraud me by giving me extremely inflated parts and labor costs for a less than an hour repair of an oven seal and front glass. I would encourage anyone that paid his ridiculous prices report him to the agencies he holds licensing with. They extorted a deposit check for $300 from me, then prepared an invoice for $700. I was lucky and able to stop payment on the check and found a reputable company that completed the repair for $400. The owner, Steve Spinoso, has threatened to sue me for not wanting him to complete the job, I think he is a fraud and who would want to pay $300 more for the same repair! Please check out pricing before using this business.

Called Steve and he was able to have someone come out the same day and fix the pump on my washer. Reasonable price and the technician was nice, fast, and efficient! Would definitely use them again if anything else comes up!

We recently moved to Elk Grove and unfortunately learned the hard way our new washing machine had been attacked by rats while in storage. Steve with Fix-It Rite not only came to our home right away, but he also was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Steve was very honest in regards to not ordering parts to repair it but rather save some money and purchase a new one. Steve also completed repairs on our dishwasher and installed a new garbage disposal. He was professional, honest, Kind and funny! We loved his honesty and his personable approach. Steve did a great job! We will proudly refer Fix-It Rite to anyone!

I called Steve to check on my broken double oven. He was very professional and friendly. When he got to my home, he went straight to work. These guys know what they are doing. First time impression, I recommend them. Price is very reasonable and I will continue to call them if I have problems with any appliances repair.

Our A/C stopped working during the long stretch of 100 degree days. I called another local shop and they kept saying they would squeeze us in but after 3 days I gave up waiting. I called Steve at Fix It Rite at 10:30am and he was at my house in East Sac by 11:10! He was able to assess our issue, explain the necessary steps to fix it and perform the work within an hour. I'm so pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and quick response time! I'm happy to now have a go-to company for any future repairs!

I have had Steve fix electrical problems, my house thermostat, install a water heater, fix my dryer, fix my dishwasher, and do multiple other jobs over the course of about 3 years. He has always been extremely competent and is a great problem solver.

Recently he fixed a coffee roaster and spent additional time discussing the problem with the company that built it. Due to the time he took to call the company, they are now reimbursing me for the cost of fixing it as they realized it was an issue that they took responsibility for. I appreciate Steve's professionalism, honesty and work ethic.

Steve is an outstanding guy. I have had my washer and dryer repaired by him once before and had no issue after. Today I called Steve and explained a problem I had with my dryer and he knew exactly what was wrong and on another note he always remembered me and my mother while I was talking to him on the phone made me feel like a valued customer!!

The owner of the business came out to fix my dryer and did a great job. Super personable East Coast personally who is no nonsense, no bull kinda guy. He had to order parts but showed up when he said he would and fixed it right the very first time. You may be able to find someone cheaper, but if you want it fixed right the first time then these guys are for you.
