I had called to schedule an appointment to come and look at my air conditioning and the guy who answered had just trashed talked all home warranties saying they hire inadequate contractors etc. i called to cancel my appointment since a contractor from my home warranty called. He just laughed when I told him I was cancelling pretty unprofessional. Not sure I would hire them. Based on other reviews they seem pretty. Not sure how they got a 5 star rating

Steve has always responded to my calls and has been able to repair appliances that others could not. Based on his quick response time and knowledge, his prices are fair. I highly recommend.

Steve still knows his stuff. He can do a lot. But his prices have been climbing through the roof and his service has been falling through the floor. He used to be reasonable, but now he's gotten too expensive. It used to be worth the rudeness, but no longer.

Fraud, NOT good, only to get SCAMMED! came out 'to come out and look at' and claimed to have 4 thousand pounds of parts to fix my stove top. When he, (the owner) got here he said he did NOT have my part to fix. And how could he ' possibly fix without the parts. He said he had burner control switches and recepticles but did NOT. The owner should have asked before he came, what kind of model and make my stove top is. When he arrived I saw his truck advertised HVAC, not an appliance repair guy.
He said, ' I normally work on central heating and air'. And added that I still was charged 78 dollars for coming out to look at my stovetop. Without having the part.
Then to add icing on the cake he said many people were struggling due to the pandemic. That is not an excuse to take advantage of people.
Do not hire! You will be disappointed because he had been in business for 38 years! 38 years of refining his skills at burning and defrauding people. He belongs in JAIL. I am contacting the BBB.

This company is a total fraud. Overcharged for the work .Had to come back there times to fix the problem. Had the same problem shorthly after. Had someone else come and was told they had installed a cheap part. They replaced the part and didn't charge me anything. Don't call this company unless you want to be scammed.

I called for a quote because Yelp says We could call for a quote. The Service Guy was rude the moment he got on the phone saying they don't do quotes and when I explained that Yelp says they do, he argued with me saying it doesn't, it ""should"" say service call fee goes toward repair or some stupid shit like that. Then when I asked for a price ""range"" to repair my timer he tried to make out like he didn't know what I was talking about and very patronizing. Repairs cant be predicted but repair companies do know how much it cost to repair and or replace a timer. Don't be bullied by greedy repair Companies.. Take your money to a Company who make you feel like they are not trying to take your money but provide a service for a fair and honest fee.

They want money before they will give you an estimate. What happens if I can find someone better qualified and less expensive. They get your $75 anyway. Bad business.

Worst service ever. Was given a 5 hr window to be available at home but Steve did not show up until an hour later than the given time. Had to wait 61/2hrs for a 20min job.
Was quoted $700 for microwave repair and paid $105 for the washer. Had to pay $75 for the stupid quote. Would've went with someone else if not in need of washer.
Spend your money elsewhere. This place is a RIP OFF.

Would be a zero rating if available. I was quoted $75 for a visit to assess my over the range microwave. This quote was provided to me on two separate calls leading up to scheduled date. An hour into my appointment window(the day of the visit), after I had already taken time off to be available at home, I receive a call informing me that my visit quote is now $150. Apparently over the range microwave assessments are a two man job. There were two opportunities to disclose this requirement, but the vendor failed to do so. I canceled my visit out of principle as this should not have been at my expense.

I made an appointment last night and they came today to look at my fridge/freezer that was leaking water. They diagnosed the issue and at a fair price, they fixed the problem fast. The tech, Jason, was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for mare jobs around the house.
