Thank you Armando!!! Every 5 star review is well deserved!!! SUPER friendly and conscientious, Armando solved a difficult clog problem in my bathroom. They removed the toilet and used two different kinds of machines to roto out the pipes. After it was cleared, he put a camera down the line to show me the aging of my pipes. Very informative information to make future plumbing decisions. When they were finished, they made every effort to wipe everything down with bleach. Also want to thank Mario for doing a lot of the machine work!! They worked so well together to fix my problem! THANK YOU!!!

Later added - - WORD TO THE WISE One thing I did learn for my future plumber visits - - ask for the floors from the outdoor entry to the bathroom be covered completely to protect from the sewage at the roto-rooting site. ANYTHING from that area will be tracked - even if they cover the floor in the bathroom - on their shoes and equipment. I found suspicious droplets on the dining room floor where the equipment was placed as they were carrying it out. take care of my grandchild who crawls around this house. I'm having my carpets cleaned tomorrow because I'm just grossed out thinking there may be feces particles I cannot see on the floors......I wish covering the work path had been offered to me because I did not know to ask for it. Know now for the future. Also - don't volunteer any towels you don't want to throw away. This feedback does not diminish they did a great job.

I was putting off calling a plumber because I really only had a couple small issues and assumed it'd be an arm and a leg to just fix a small leak and a pesky clog. I now regret putting it off for so long. Once I called, Dominic was able to come over almost immediately. He was very knowledgeable, fixed my issues in under an hour, and the price was WAY lower than I had assumed. I will definitely call this company again if I have any issues in the future.

We had a kitchen sink clogging. I contacted them and they dispatched their plumber within 2 hours. He snaked the line but before opening the drain from the garbage disposal, he checked that section and suggested that the garbage disposal is also clogged with grease. We bought one from the nearby Home Depot store and after he installed the new one he noted that the water from the garbage disposal is not draining. He opened and cleaned those sections and the problem was solved.
I am not very sure that the garbage disposal really had to be replaced. I was charged $530 just for the replacement of a garbage disposal that I bought for about $150 from Home Depot, and the whole replacement just took less than 30 minutes. All in all I was charged $855 for 2 hours of good quality, professional work performed. The service was perfect, but I feel I was over charged by 40%.
