The techs did a great job and were very responsive and thorough. However the day our job was completed they were supposed to send the sketches and such. 3 days later I emailed because we had not received them...no response. A week later I called and the receptionist said they would have to have the tech redo them because they weren't legible but the billing was being sent out that day or the next and we would get them then. 2 days later still nothing so I call....receptionist said she was going to send them to me while we were on the phone so she put me on hold...someone else picked up from billing...said they needed to get the redone....I asked why it hadn't been done she said their techs are too busy....My job was completed 9 days ago. She then claimed she didn't have the insurance contact...even though I had provided it 4 times and the company had been in contact with the adjuster multiple times. Finally got the stuff but good grief I should not have to request something I was told was part of the exit process 3 times.

We had a pipe leak that ended up damaging the floor. Serclean was very prompt at reaching out and scheduling a time for them to come out and help. I very much appreciated the communication between myself and Tim. He would always call ahead of time to let me know when he would be arriving and he was always within his timeframe. He was very informative about the process of repairing the water damage and was extremely patient with answering thoroughly all of my questions. Wonderful experience!

I was going to write a long review how this people came and did amazing job with a very unpleasant project LOL all their job is dealing with disaster. The whole time they were in and out of my house I was too busy to say... But all my family felt safe and well taken care of & respected. Somehow not easy but they kept our kitchen functional as possible under the circumstances. Just SUPER job, couldn't as for anything more. Supper professional that exceeded my expectation! I was going to say I'll hire them again but I hope not to have house problem this big any more. You guys SHOULD be very proud! Love u! Fitz

Honestly, a scam. We originally were recommended this service because our plumber thought we had a slab leak. We found out this was not the case. When I tried to cancel the service, they started threatening me that I wouldn't be able to afford the bill unless we let them finish and go through insurance. At the time, the bill was equal to our copay, so what they were saying made no sense. They wanted to tear apart a large part of our house for no reason. They also told us to lie to our insurance so we would get more coverage. The billing also made no sense and clearly they were just trying to get as much money as possible from insurance. For example, we got charged two days for fans that were in our house for way less than 24 hours. They also charged us for disposing of a laughably small amount of drywall. When asked about the pricing, they are also very hesitant to share what anything costs with you. Avoid this company.

We had a pipe burst in our bathroom that flooded the majority of our house. SerClean came out immediately to assess the damage and had their remediation crew in the very next day. We had such a positive experience with the owner, Michael Mock, and the remediation crew, that we also decided to use them for the contents packout as well as our contractor for repairs. Every SerClean employee for every phase of the project was professional and informative. SerClean definitely made a tough situation less stressful for us through their communication and follow-through. They also helped us navigate the world of insurance claims and communications with the insurance company. From the initial contact with the owner, to the remediation and packout crew, to the contractors David and Chris, we could not have had a better experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know!

Fast and dependable. Would not hesitate to recommend the SerClean team.

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. This is the most unprofessional, unethical, and unpunctual group of people I have ever had to deal with. The experience with working with them involved only frustration from their lack of communication, lack of integrity, having to wait on them for hours to show up to the house (sometimes after their window of ETA, even after being told we would be the first ones of the day), watching them from the window as they sat in their vehicle while they text on their phone for over 15 minutes then come out only when they saw me walk outside (they charge for """"travel time"""" according to the invoice), and when they would arrive, they would faintly knock on the door (when there's a clear doorbell) and attempt to leave immediately and leave their card and wouldn't call to inform that they were at the house or on the way (they also charge for the amount of days they had to leave the fan blowers in the house), as well as the fraudulent charges that were added to the invoice since it was our insurance company paying for the work. The measurements that they documented were grossly out of proportion, the amount of days and hours they added for having the fan blowers in the house that they included for leaving although it was their fault they were left in there, they will not give you an estimate or be reasonable with price (although the insurance adjus of our insurance company said they already negotiated a lower price from $6000 to $5000!), and they added charges for PPEs that they didn't even wear! Beware of this company. They will take advantage of you and do what they can to scam you and your insurance company. Insurance fraud is very apparent. They will also do what they can to remove negative reviews as well as be very unprofessional in their responses to poor reviews (e.g. insult unhappy customers by name-calling and not taking any responsibility or accountability to be apologetic or understand what the issue really is. They didn't do this to me but I've witnessed on multiple platforms their tactless and uncouth attitude towards complaints or unhappy reviews; this also speaks volumes to their professionalism.)

If I could give this company negative zero stars I would! This is a highly unethical company who will gain entrance into your home under false pretenses! It starts with a recommendation from a plumber for possible water damage assessment and it all goes downhill from there! Before you realize what is happening this company will come in and demolish your home without you even realizing that the ultimate goal is INSURANCE FRAUD and to get the homeowner on the hook for MAJOR DAMAGES TO THEIR HOMES! My insurance adjuster informed me that they are VERY familiar with the fraudulent business tactics of SERCLEAN and the plumbers that receive kickbacks for recommending their services! This experience was a complete NIGHTMARE and all I needed done was to replace toilets in my home! They come in and remove baseboards and demolish your home so that they can charge your insurance company! Before I knew what was happening it was too late! Shameful business practices!

The 5 star reviews are baffling and hard to believe based on what we experienced. We were connected to SerClean from the plumber who couldn't fix the broken waste pipe under the house until mitigation of the sewage was done. While the initial salesperson was at our house very quickly and explained their very high and regulated mitigation standards to thoroughly remove waste the sewage under our house, the reality was quite different. The techs that came to the house were nice guys; however, they spent more time going to the store to get basic supplies (like a shovel and lime) and being on their phones. In the end, the actual work done was 1-2 hours max, but it took 7 trips to our house across 3 weeks. We had to check each step because they only dug out and removed part of the waste, covered some with lime, and didn't seem to be able to do any work without constantly checking in with their supervisor, Joshua. We asked to speak to him and left messages and never heard from him. Although we were assured by the salesman that the sewage waste would be properly cleaned from the drain and sump pump system and the vapor barrier with contamination replaced, we were told by customer service and the techs they didn't do that. After the first removal and liming, we saw sewage leeching through the lime indicating it hadn't really been removed but was just covered up. While the tech came out to redo it, he only did the visible section and left the actual pit that was the source of the waste still unclean and untreated. Again, we had to ask for another visit. We also were promised the paperwork we signed to start the work and could not get a copy until we refused to pay the balance. When we finally got it after the job was declared """"done"""" for the 4th time, the paperwork said nothing other than what we were supposed to pay. In the end, we think most of the sewage was dug out and removed with a nice layer of lime placed over the gravel channel for the drainage, and most of the vapor barrier replaced. The tech was going to leave the bags of material collected """"for someone else to come pick up"""" and we had to insist that it be removed as our experience told us that was bull. At that point, we just needed to be done with the regular visits for what amounted to a lot of time spent for what should have been done in 2 visits. However, there is still waste around the actual source of the spill and splattered on the pipe with evidence of gnats still there and some vapor barrier missing. We went in and spread the lime on it ourselves. So, I find it suspect that there are few reviews for SerClean but they are all 5 stars here and on other sites. I hope that other people really experienced this great service. We sure didn't. Beware! Don't sign anything until you have an itemized list of what they will do for the money.

Be aware of any documentation you sign with Serclean Inc as it could very well be a binding contract that may be upheld in a court of law. They retain an attorney by the name of Adam Cain and a simple search of his name with Serclean will reveal numerous lawsuits filed on behalf of Serclean to obtain payments. The company does anything to milk the consumer from dragging out the work date to using excess materials/equipment. When in doubt call your insurance agent first before authorizing water remediation by this company.
