I've had both good and bad experiences with Phill so I'm giving a middle of the road rating. The first couple of times were good and I was happy with the work but they were smaller jobs. That last time was disappointing. He started late, worked short days, did not complete the job and still demanded full payment! I had so much on my plate and I didn't have time to deal with his threats of reporting me or involving an attorney so I paid in full. I am still waiting for a detailed receipt but I'm confident that I will not get it (I will update this review if I do). It's my fault for having a mostly verbal arrangement so I will have to deal with it and chalk it up as a learning experience. However, if you decide to use Phill, I highly recommend that you get everything in writing up front, scope of work, timeline, and work hours. Otherwise, you could end up in a bad situation like I did!
