We are selling our home and needed a few repairs done for the new buyers. We contacted Nick via the Yelp app and he responded in a timely manner. Luckily, Nick was able to come out the same day to do the repairs. He sent his guy Dion ahead of him and Nick showed up shortly thereafter. The following repairs were done by Nick:
Installed windows screens
Created a whole new window screen (on site)
Installed 2 GCFI outlets
Tied down bathroom faucets to the countertops

Nick is very prompt and professional. We just had a baby and we had so many projects to do around the house and no time to do them. Nick replaced four outside lights, re-screened three windows, replaced two bathroom faucets, the kitchen faucet, and replaced two toilet systems. Our master bath and kitchen sinks were so old that they didn't have shut off valves so they were not easy to replace. Because Nick worked with a partner, it all got done in under three hours! Completely satisfied with his service and we have already set up other projects for Nick to help us with!

We were in the process of selling our home and needed a few things fixed before putting it on the market. A neighbor recommended Nick to us and we were pleased with his price and work. We had a laundry list of things to take care of so Nick brought on a second guy to help knock everything out in a day (replaced bedroom fan & hallway light fixture, install smoke/carbon detectors, reinstall rain gutter, replaced and paint wood trim on house due to dry rot, replace door knob, tighten sink knobs, replace door stoppers, replace toilet valves). He was able to fix everything except the screen doors which were too damaged to run across the track smoothly, no fault to him. All in all we were happy with Nicks work, especially the hook up he got us to reglaze our tub, definitely saved us money there.

I called, emailed, submit a quote request here through Yelp weeks ago. I explained specifically what the problem was. No response at all. Even if you think the job was too small to take, at least give me a call back just to say no. It's your reputation. I was really surprised a business would simply completely ignore customers like that.
