Way too expensive. these guys rip you off and try to sell you a monthly billing plan. But if you can afford it go for it. There are other plumbing companies out there that could do the job a fraction of the price they charge.

Scheduled an appointment ...waited two days received emails confirming appointment ...when I called after waiting 2 hours day of appointment they said they had no record of my appointment and could not come today. She told me she does not know why I got an email and their answering service can't set up appointment's.
Um how about I got the 2 emails from your company and that is your answering company that set it up. Took a bigger job over mine...I tried to support the local small company I found in the local paper...never again...EXTREMELY unprofessional!

In response to your response. NO ONE REACHED OUT TO ME TO CANCEL . You had my phone number and email I actually got 2 emails confirming my appointment one as late as Sunday afternoon.
Let's be clear here you did NOT cancel my appointment...do not try to make your company look good...your company is UNPROFESSIONAL.

We had a pipe leak under the house and needed immediate repair. The pipes were 70 years old galvanized pipes, rusted, and corroded. The house is on a raised foundation and it was a wet, muddy mess down there. Ernie came out and provided an estimate and timeline. We were offered a few options by Sam, the owner, on how to reduce the cost including financing and a maintenance program. We agreed to fix the broken pipe first and then to repipe the entire house. Jaime was also on site for most of the 5 days it took to complete the job. The team is incredibly professional! They work smart; efficiently and clean. Each and everyone of them went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly. Everything about this company is top notch from the daily calls in the morning to let us know what time the team was arriving to payment and communication. The cost was competitive and the service stellar. I highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

Called on the weekend I got the answering service. The girl could barely speak English. I told her to have them call me. They never did.

Very responsive and flexible with appointments but gouges you in price.

This company knew I am a teacher and had to work 3 jobs for over 2 months to get my hvac system repaired and still wouldn't offer me a payment plan. A week after I got my hvac repaired my master tub sprang a leak. $800 later to replace the tub knobs and it's still leaking -- quoted me at at least $2K to come back and fix the entire thing.

This is bad business. They know I'm not financially able to do this and charged me EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS for something that wasn't even fixed. And again, did not offer the payment plan after spending $1400 the week prior. They know I'm good for my payment...

I do not recommend and will not be using their services again. Very disappointed in the price gouging. I'm just a woman that needs repairs on my home and they take advantage.

Find a company that won't take advantage of you.

Just a few days before Christmas and our old toilet was leaking... we contacted them and they provided a fast response and a reasonable quote. They were able to set up an appointment quickly for the same day. Jaime took care and did a great job installing our new toilet, only took about an hour.

THRILLED with the responsiveness of Fix It Fast! After my HVAC company came out two weeks prior after I sensed a problem and they claimed nothing was wrong, my capacitor quit on me after hours. The company who I have a service contract with couldn't help me out so I called Fix It Fast and within 45 minutes they were at my door and my AC is working! That's customer service! I'm switching to Fix It Fast and will be on a service contract with them as a result. A company that truly has after hours services is a HUGE plus in my book. Thank you to David for explaining everything at my house and for amazing follow up.

IF YOUR TIME IS VALUABE DON'T WASTE IT ON THIS COMPANY
I took a day off of work for a 10-2 window and they didn't arrive until my family was eating dinner at 6:30. My husband called several times during the day to find out what was going on and asked them to call me - they didn't bother calling me until 5:30 and blamed a busy day, an equally predictable and disappointing excuse. They didn't have the right filter for our AC unit and said someone would call to arrange a drop off - that was 2 weeks ago and we still haven't heard from anyone.

We'll be using another company instead.

I called for an emergency service. Two broken water lines. Tech said it would be 2-2.25 hrs. Theses guys wanted to charge $2200. They gave me a contractor discount and reduced it to $1890. This company are crooks. Stay away from them you will get ripped off

I had a dishwasher that wasn't draining. I called them and they were able to come out the next day. They stayed in contact with me to let me know where the plumber was and that he was on the way. It was very much appreciated. It turned out to be a problem that we were able to fix ourselves. The guy was super nice and didn't even charge us for the visit. I highly recommend! Great service!
