Was told when made appointment, that there was a $29 service call fee, if service was done that would be applied.
Paid $313.54 to have a ""running"" toilet fixed.
This is excessive! I could have purchased a WHOLE NEW TOILET for less, including a new wax ring!
This was highway robbery :-(

I could not be happier with Fix it Fast and Sam and his team. They arrived when they said they would, offered a fair price, and did quality work. I needed my water heater replaced, they came out right away and installed it. One of the connecting pipes was bad and they came out asap to replace it. The workers were friendly and fast. I will be using them again in the future.

Sam, the plumber was terrific. Our hot water heater went down, he had the parts in his truck and fixed it in no time. Fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. Fix it was fast and will use them again.
