Hired to replumb a house. He didn't even get the water to come out from the hot water side. Over charged, $1500,and refused to come back to fix the problems. When I hired an actual plumber to fix the problems, I was told the water was actually going around in a circle and this was the reason there was no water coming out of the ""hot"" side. Mike told me ""it wasn't his job to get water from both hot and cold sides"". Ha!

Also, he didn't sweat one of the copper pipes in the master bath. It came loose and flooded the master bath.

Do not bother unless you want to get burned. Also, reporting him to the contractors board.

Fixed it called me within five minutes after I post job request at potch.com from Lowes . Mike sent Tim to my property at Menifee within 30 minutes.

Tim did a quality job on replacing our 75 gallon gas water heater.
Very professional and very efficient!

Will recommend to my friends again for sure.

Did not due their due diligence on looking for problems and repairing my 20 year old conditioner and in overcharged on something that didn't need cleaning. Never went in my house to check anything out. Had to come out 2 days later to look at the same problem and I'm sure their would have been additional charges to diagnose.
Spoke very unprofessional to my wife and refused to talk to her.
We cut our losses and spent money for nothing.
Had another company come out an hour after he left and he spent over an hour in the house checking everything out. Problem was our old unit needed to be replaced and was installed the next day. No problems since the new installation.

No help from this place, leave messages , no one returns call. See trucks in area parked at deveonshire downs in Hemet CA. Guess they are to busy to help with plumbing problems. Believe the owner is named Micheal and he told me a few years ago he was not like other repair people.Not very truthful.

I love this company's! Mike installed a replacement heater in my mobile home because my old one was red tagged by the gas co. He did a great job! I will be referring his company to my residents if they ever have problems with their heaters! I highly recommend this company!!!

I worked through my home warranty company who contracted Fix It! to resolve my AC issues after the first HVAC company sent out did nothing and tried to over charge me. Although my Home Warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) was awful to work with as they did not want to pay for the repairs needed, Mike with Fix It provided exceptional and friendly customer service. Mike was very professional and went above an beyond to ensure the job was done right. I will hire them again without hesitation!

We hired this pluming company to come and fix our sink and they did a horrible job , they are a scam they overcharge and don't know what there doing they even leave loose screws and leave a mess really dirty and unprofessional . Don't hire them bad costumer service . I would never hire or recommend them to anyone . Really unsatisfied customer . Bad service ..

poor, Poor, POOR customer service! t A complete $7000 replacement of a HVAC unit was not important enough for them. They never installed it! First they would be here at 8 am, then 1:30, then 3pm, then I called they said tomorrow. . Forget Fix it call someone else.

Absolutely AVOID!!!! Incompetent, unscrupulous, unprofessional, and a shady business. Worst experience dealing with a business ever!....They came out to fix our AC, and the tech went back and forth and changed his diagnosis and price each time I asked him a question. After initially fixing the problem, 8 days later the same thing broke. Spoke with Mike(who I'm guessing is the owner) on a Saturday, he sent a tech who came out then just left without saying a word. Had to call back and track them down only to be told that they wouldn't be able to do anything until Monday. Granted it was 108 degrees over the weekend, having some sort of AC or service was necessary. Nonetheless, the owner of this ""company"" showed a complete lack of urgency to address not only the problem, but also our problem with the service we received. He did not return calls or messages. Come Monday, had to track them down to get a tech out here to finally try to fix the problem. When they came out, for the third time they said additional charges were needed. Classic story of ""bait and switch"". Long story short,....avoid the headache and deal with a more reputable company...

Outstanding, Fix It! is now the ""go to"" plumbing, heating and air company for my family. It's only recently that I learned that they even do air conditioning and they do it better than plumbing, I've used them twice before.

Thanks guys, the world's a much better place with a well working AC.
