Mike,

What can I say about the experience I have had with your services. When initially I spoke with you I really liked what I had heard. You seemed knowledgeable of your trade and busy a good sign of a valued plumber. I did not go on yelp or Google to reaserch your work or reviews.

When you first came to my home for the estimate you seeing all the prep work I had accomplished qouted me $600 to move the shower drain along with the pex lines to there new location and fit the new fixtures which I had showed you. The fixtures included rain showerhead regular shower head along with the wand handle.

Once at my home you noticed a location we were going to do a double vanity but only had access for one. You also said you would include this in the price. I liking what I heard as this was one of the best priced qouted and hearing your explaining how and what needing to be done. I assumed your experience and knowledge was sufficient to accomplish the task at hand. I even said if you do all the work ill give you $1k. You said if you didn't have another appointment you would have knocked most of it out than and there.

First day you come by the drain was already unscrewed and the subfloor removed along with the drywall for the vanity. That first day my confidence in your ability was strong. You agreed to come back sat and finish the rest of the installation.

Saturday morning you arrived around 9AM after having left a necessary tool running to home depot to buy another one the pex clamp tool. You had asked me to help you as I myself am a very handy person but was wanting a licensed and insured plumber to do the plumbing so that I had the confidence that it was done to code and correctly.

I cut a few pieces of 2x4 for under the drain and secured it along with a few pieces for the shower head and valves. At this point you had nearly completed the vanity drain and water supply. (Exclaiming that that looks exquisite that it was the first time you had used those type of copper items and it looked good.)  I agreed but noticed you struggle with some of your electric tools and offerd the use of mine.

I stuck around to help and was surprised that a professional plumber having been to my home for the 3rd time now had not returned with all the necessary pieces for the completion of the job.  One of the hot water lines was pinched and what I had noticed was that you measure once and cut and glue as much as needed. Not measure 3x and cut once.

Eye balling installing fixtures rather than measuring accurately for perfect installations.

Towards the end of the day after we had run to homedepot to pick up necessary items which I paid for and totaled to about $85 you said u spent $150 on parts and would garner me with a receipt.

When we arrived back to my home the flow valve which you handled and said we needed. 3/4"" to 1/2 mnpt adapter to turned out we did need a 3/4 to 1/2 mnpt but you had us buy the wrong configuration and blamed it on the valve being a 1inch instead of 3/4 as it later became evident to me.

Before charging me $1150 you should have finished installing the rain shower fixture and wand for both.

I was not going to argue with you because after I had seen you cut the drain too short and than reglue it irritated me something awful.

Overall you charged me more than we agreed and did not complete the installation. Claiming you will return and you may charge me or may not. Overall my experience with your plumbing service is a 1 star out of 5. Instead of saving me money and time. It looks like I will have to finish and redo some of the mickey mouse work that was done by you a professional plumber. Had I read the reviews on yelp I would have hard passed. Just goes to show you have a great personality and sound like you know what your doing and maybe you do. But lacking the equipment and character to do the job correctly.

Update spoke with you and you texted me because of my skin color and Trump flag your afraid to come to my home.

Hired to replumb a house. He didn't even get the water to come out from the hot water side. Over charged, $1500,and refused to come back to fix the problems. When I hired an actual plumber to fix the problems, I was told the water was actually going around in a circle and this was the reason there was no water coming out of the ""hot"" side. Mike told me ""it wasn't his job to get water from both hot and cold sides"". Ha!

Also, he didn't sweat one of the copper pipes in the master bath. It came loose and flooded the master bath.

Do not bother unless you want to get burned. Also, reporting him to the contractors board.

Fixed it called me within five minutes after I post job request at potch.com from Lowes . Mike sent Tim to my property at Menifee within 30 minutes.

Tim did a quality job on replacing our 75 gallon gas water heater.
Very professional and very efficient!

Will recommend to my friends again for sure.

Did not due their due diligence on looking for problems and repairing my 20 year old conditioner and in overcharged on something that didn't need cleaning. Never went in my house to check anything out. Had to come out 2 days later to look at the same problem and I'm sure their would have been additional charges to diagnose.
Spoke very unprofessional to my wife and refused to talk to her.
We cut our losses and spent money for nothing.
Had another company come out an hour after he left and he spent over an hour in the house checking everything out. Problem was our old unit needed to be replaced and was installed the next day. No problems since the new installation.

No help from this place, leave messages , no one returns call. See trucks in area parked at deveonshire downs in Hemet CA. Guess they are to busy to help with plumbing problems. Believe the owner is named Micheal and he told me a few years ago he was not like other repair people.Not very truthful.

I love this company's! Mike installed a replacement heater in my mobile home because my old one was red tagged by the gas co. He did a great job! I will be referring his company to my residents if they ever have problems with their heaters! I highly recommend this company!!!

I worked through my home warranty company who contracted Fix It! to resolve my AC issues after the first HVAC company sent out did nothing and tried to over charge me. Although my Home Warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) was awful to work with as they did not want to pay for the repairs needed, Mike with Fix It provided exceptional and friendly customer service. Mike was very professional and went above an beyond to ensure the job was done right. I will hire them again without hesitation!

We hired this pluming company to come and fix our sink and they did a horrible job , they are a scam they overcharge and don't know what there doing they even leave loose screws and leave a mess really dirty and unprofessional . Don't hire them bad costumer service . I would never hire or recommend them to anyone . Really unsatisfied customer . Bad service ..

poor, Poor, POOR customer service! t A complete $7000 replacement of a HVAC unit was not important enough for them. They never installed it! First they would be here at 8 am, then 1:30, then 3pm, then I called they said tomorrow. . Forget Fix it call someone else.

Absolutely AVOID!!!! Incompetent, unscrupulous, unprofessional, and a shady business. Worst experience dealing with a business ever!....They came out to fix our AC, and the tech went back and forth and changed his diagnosis and price each time I asked him a question. After initially fixing the problem, 8 days later the same thing broke. Spoke with Mike(who I'm guessing is the owner) on a Saturday, he sent a tech who came out then just left without saying a word. Had to call back and track them down only to be told that they wouldn't be able to do anything until Monday. Granted it was 108 degrees over the weekend, having some sort of AC or service was necessary. Nonetheless, the owner of this ""company"" showed a complete lack of urgency to address not only the problem, but also our problem with the service we received. He did not return calls or messages. Come Monday, had to track them down to get a tech out here to finally try to fix the problem. When they came out, for the third time they said additional charges were needed. Classic story of ""bait and switch"". Long story short,....avoid the headache and deal with a more reputable company...
