You probably already know how hard it is to get quality work at a fair price in an efficient manner on the island of Kauai and that's why you're here on yelp searching. After calling 8 other plumbers on island none of whom were available within the week most of whom charged way too much and one of the major companies scheduled a plumber then flaked out TWICE! I resorted to looking on yelp and found Fix-it 911. Marc got back to me promptly, was on the property within a couple of hours, fixed the leak and inspected all the other fixtures on the property while he was there for any future troubles. The price was fair, the communication was excellent, and as a landlord who is currently off island I couldn't be happier to have found a great, reliable, affordable handyman for my future needs. I saved his contact in my phone for the future and I suggest you do as well. First class.

Our toilet was leaking from its foundation. I googled top plumping businesses and found Fix it 911 Handyman Extraordinarie on the list. I sent a quote request and a message and I got a quick response that I wasn't expecting because it was 10:30 pm! Marc messaged me right away saying he can do the job the next day, no problem. Affordable. There were no hidden costs, it's all there. Called him the next morning and he responded right away with a definite ""I can definitely do it today, no problem."" Mark was amazing. Being in hospitality industry I work with trade vendors all the time and he definitely stands out. Superb customer service skills -- super important when you have an emergency and need a reassurance that your issue will be fixed in a timely manner. He was available for a house call on short notice and did an outstanding job going above and beyond. 6 out of 5 stars, cannot recommend enough. Our top floor condo bathroom started leaking into a downstairs unit and he was able to immediately identify the problem, giving us a peace of mind and then showing up to fix it shortly after. Can't recommend enough. All I can say he is the person you want to show up when you are in dire straits and not sure what you are dealing with. You will not be disappointed. Highest praise.

If you need stuff done around the house these guys are the ones to call. I needed my water line fixed for my refrigerator and he ended up fixing a few things before he left. They responded to my phone call right away. They were courteous and did the work in a reasonable time.

Called 6 plumbers after having one cancel last minute for a major home project. Fix it 911 was one of only two who responded even though all VM's stated my call was important to them. Marc was personable, up front with what he could do and spent time up front to make sure he understood the project and installation requirements. He was prompt, fair and had great suggestions to improve the installation. His initial response was after working hours as he believes in not taking time away from a current job/project.
