Walter is reliable, professional, and seems capable of doing anything regarding a home (and more!). He can repair or replace anything. He has helped me deal with a complicated plumbing situation, floor repairs, carpet repairs, electrical repairs, and always leaves everything cleaned-up when finished. He even put together some electrical-assist bicycles for me, when they came in a box, completely unassembled. Walter is creative and brilliant, and I feel I can always count on him to find solutions that are beyond excellent.

I had loose handrails at my stairs. Walter let me know that the handrails were really old, and it might be best to install new ones sometime soon. But he got the existing banisters rock solid! Great job!

He even did research to be sure he put in the door correctly. He's super nice and explained how to lock the door so it would be secure. Reasonable price and very friendly! Thanks Walter!

Walter was great to work with. On time, courteous, straightforward and reasonable with pricing. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work he performed, which included some touch up painting, ceiling fan installment, and fixing a hole in the drywall.
