I started this business out of a conviction that the customer is always right. I promise to be honest if a project is outside my skill set. Every job I undertake is executed professionally at a fair price.
I possess handyman skills, with a background in contracting. I maintained a contractor's license for eight years. The pandemic prompted me to pivot my business into a handyman-oriented model. I am passionate about what I do and look forward to continuing to serve the community.

Stay away from this guy. He says he knows how to do work that he cannot do and or perform... I had to pay somebody to fix the work that he did it turned out to be a nightmare. He also comes with a very scary Entourage.
Ryan F.Had Walter fix a few things at a rental property including hanging drywall, repairing the kitchen undersink cabinet, fix a fence gate and replace a door. All tasks were completed quickly and efficiently and he was very accommodating to my schedule as I work in a different town. I would definitely consider him again when work needs to be done at the rental and my own home.
Jana S.Walter was such a pleasure to work with, and I will definitely call on him in the future for any and all home repairs. Not only did he fix my bed frame in less time than predicted, but he graciously fixed my sliding closet door and repaired some loose boards on my back fence for free. I am glad to now know such a multi-talented handyman.
Walter re-screened windows, repaired the garage door's auto opener, repaired and test irrigation systems and auto timer controls, installed a new globe onto an old light fixture, repaired a substantial hole in the kitchen sink porcelain, cleared wind-blown debris from the yards, checked a previously-repaired leak from the kitchen sink, repaired or replaced window rollers, removed overgrown bushes, cleaned gutters and replaced the roof's cap tiles (which I hadn't realized were broken or cracked until he sent a photo), all in three visits to our Davis rental. I met with Walter once within three hours of our initial contact (we live more than an hour away), and then kept in touch by text and phone; invoices sent daily by email/text. He is careful, trustworthy, diplomatic when suggesting solutions and cost, works with what he has before he suggests purchasing materials, understands the need to improve a rental without blowing the budget, juggles multiple projects efficiently and has knowledge and skill for a wide range of fix-it tasks. Best of all, I hope that Walter will be our ""on-site handyman"" when the rental goes back into circulation, as long as we can give this very busy gentleman 72 hours notice. thank you, Walter.
David H.Walter couldn't have done a better job on my kitchen cabinet. I hired a handyman from West Sacramento to remove some trim and he messed it up badly. Walter was able to come in, repair the damage, and make it look better than it did before. He gave me a very reasonable price for his work. I am definitely plan on hiring him to do other jobs in my new house.
Nick H.Extremely satisfied with the work that Walter did on my rental property. He treated it as if it was his own home. Work was done thoroughly and cost-effectively... what else could you possibly ask for.
Brad J.Walter delivered as promised. He gave me a quote for the cost very quickly and could get the job done on my schedule. His work was high quality and he was as professional and efficient as possible. I will utilize his services again. Specifically, Walter removed a water softener unit, the water lines, and looped the water lines inside the wall.
Don W.I have worked with Walt numerous times. I come out of construction and repair services and know how this work goes and the kinds of situations that can and do arise and can lead to a poor review over missing an appointment or so bogged down with a troublesome job you get disorganized and sidetracked. Hate seeing a bad review of this man knowing how hard he works and cares for his Family. I was with him in an emergency repair when his mom, sister and infant niece had no hot water and he missed an appointment while we made the repairs.
Nicki K.The owner is not reliable about showing up as agreed. Called him on Wednesday of one week, he said he'd come the following Thursday at nine AM. After waiting an entire week for him to arrive, he texted me that he was running late. I called and he said it would be between 10:15 and 10:30. When he hadn't arrived at 11:45, I called. He said something came up and he had something else to do. Don't waste your time. Find someone else.
Tony F.Walt was able to jump in and get several jobs done on short notice and time constraints. Can-do attitude and recognized when help was needed instead of over promising. I appreciate his integrity and honesty. Got more done than asked and not afraid to tell it like it is, even the bad news, that allowed me to make good decisions. Thank you!
