The owner is not reliable about showing up as agreed. Called him on Wednesday of one week, he said he'd come the following Thursday at nine AM. After waiting an entire week for him to arrive, he texted me that he was running late. I called and he said it would be between 10:15 and 10:30. When he hadn't arrived at 11:45, I called. He said something came up and he had something else to do. Don't waste your time. Find someone else.

Walt was able to jump in and get several jobs done on short notice and time constraints. Can-do attitude and recognized when help was needed instead of over promising. I have called on Walter two times recently. The first time he installed a 30lb decorative mirror for me. He did a very good job! I was so worried about the weight of this item but he made sure it was secure, answered all my questions, and put my mind at ease. It looks perfect.

I called Walter this morning because my front porch light went out yesterday evening. I mentioned in my voicemail I was concerned because it left my front yard so dark at night! He immediately responded and fit me into his busy schedule. When he arrived he found that a new fixture was all that was necessary. All wiring was fine. Walter even went to local hardware store to purchase the necessary replacement fixture!! Thank you Walter!!

I do not hesitate in recommending Walter and plan on using his services in near future to refurbish a storage shed and front porch.

Walter lived up to all of his sterling reviews for me. He stopped by the house to give me an estimate on a repair, but when he saw what needed to be done, he just jumped on it and fixed it, no muss, no fuss, no wait. I could not be more satisfied... or impressed! The bill was very reasonable, too.

It's a shame things didn't work out because I try my best to utilize local businesses. But one thing that bothers me is that you think it's my fault you didn't respond to my request for services and that if you can't provide for your family that's on me too. The only reason I reviewed your business at all is because Yelp continually hounded me for a review. I did the review and now I have to respond to your comments. Have a good one. I'm done.

Walter did a lot of odd jobs in my house that I am remodeling. From changing all the doorknobs and hinges for more modern look, to changing the faucets and plumbing issues, backsplash installation etc... Best part is his communication. Promptly came by for a quote, always answers his phone. Keep you updated with the work. Some unexpected difficulties, even after we paid him, he would come back to work on what was needed to finish his job. He is a perfectionist! Very professional, will not leave you hanging. He has my business for life!

Walter replaced my microwave/range hood with a new range hood. He encountered some unexpected difficulties during the installation. He had no complaints but kept solving each problem. He finished his work in great condition. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

He has helped me deal with a complicated plumbing situation, floor repairs, carpet repairs, electrical repairs, and always leaves everything cleaned-up when finished. He even put together some electrical-assist bicycles for me, when they came in a box, completely unassembled. Walter is creative and brilliant, and I feel I can always count on him to find solutions that are beyond excellent.
