We needed a sewer pipe repair for our 99 year old house. Rae and Matt arrived early and did a great job. Keith came by and was great too. A break in the sewer pipe was suspected and efficiently located to keep from digging up any more of the yard than necessary. It was repaired quickly and professionally. We would use Fix-it 24/7 again. But I must add that it was quite expensive. For me it cost 2-1/2 months salary.
Rick P.Have been a ""member"" for years and have had my furnace cleaned for years, the first year they cleaned it and upsold me a ""safety switch"" to stop condensation from going into the fire box, next year it was cleaned and upsold me a electronic air filter, next year it was a ""MultiVoltage Oxidizing UVC system.
Next an ""electronic air filter"" this year I scheduled foe furnace cleaning and the day of cleaning they canceled I rescheduled. The day of at 8:20am I received a text "" technician"" ready to come out please call or text back within 5:00 minutes at 8:21 I text back, I'm here, ready for your tech. Something told me to call to confirm they received my text, called back at 8:28 was told did not received my text and to reschedule. IM DONE!
Tanya J.In April of 2023, we had Fix-it 24/7 come out to do preventative maintenance on our 3 year old furnace. The tech was great and friendly.
In October of 2023, our furnace was not working. We called Fix-it 24/7 and they came out the next day. The tech was in our basement for 5 minutes and told us that the gas was turned off. He then charged us $194.
My husband called several times and never got a return call. The gas was obviously turned off by the tech in April and I don't think we should have been charged for their mistake.
I take care of an elderly parent with dementia and is blind. Her furnace was not lighting and she was freaking out about being cold. This was on a Friday afternoon. I called the company we previously used but they were a week out. Looking on Team Dave Logan I called Fix-it 24/7 thinking Logan's company would have vetted them. They showed up found the problem and quoted a price of $784 for the part (a Limit control for a Trane furnace). I could get the same part for $666 if I joined their ""monthly service"". The part was held by two screws and had two terminal plugs with easy access. I said go ahead knowing my parent was in discomfort. I found the part online for under $50 retail. Had I had the time to research the problem and watch a you tube video I could have saved $775 (the bill came to $823) by doing it myself. Buyer Beware! SHAME ON Fix-it 24/7 and SHAME ON Team Dave Logan for their recommendation.
I've used this company a few times and have only had a great experience. The guys really take their time to make sure everything is taken care of and you're covered. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
Josh D.I use these guys for all my heating, cooling, plumbing, and electric needs. They are always hard working and polite. Wouldn't use anyone else.
Bill L.Service was very good. They took the furnace and the air conditioner apart to clean. Very thorough. They are pricey
Definitely felt like this was a bit of a bait-and-switch deal and that I overpaid for my AC unit. When the estimator came out to give me a quote I told him that I had received a significantly lower quote on a Goodman GSXC18 unit from a competitor. He told me how Bryant had been around far longer than Goodman and how the Bryant upper-end AC units were of better quality than Goodman. OK. I could understand that Bryant has been one of the industry leaders and has a reputation for dependability. Except the AC we received for the quoted price turns out *not* to be one of Bryant's upper-end AC units. Rather it was a discontinued ""Legacy"" model that is one of Bryant entry level AC units. I should have stuck with the original quote for the Goodman. I feel the high-end Goodman would have been a better unit at a price of $4,000 less. They did a rush through the paperwork and never stated the model number on any piece of paperwork until after it was installed and had me wave the 3-day ""cool off period"" so that they could do a next AM install. It wasn't until after it was installed and I researched the model number listed that I realized I had gotten a ""Legacy"" model rather than the higher-quality model discussed prior to signing.
The install crew seemed knowledgable and the quality of work seemed good. But I can not recommend Fix-it 24/7 based on the pricing.
Brian A.Holy golden fleece, Batman! I got robbed. Our AC went kaput, and he was able to come out today, but when he looked at our 3yo unit and told me it was the capacitor that needed replacement, my first question was obviously the cost. Five twenty-seven. Thing is the size of a Red Bull can. I can do $5 plus labor, no problem. He went out to fix and I started wondering if he meant five hundred, so I googled. Nope, $5. No worry, total cost to replace should be $50-200.
Only, he meant $527. I laughed. He tried to tell me it's convenience, it's top quality.
I wasn't laughing anymore. I would have had him take it out, only it's 98 today. We were already up to 77 indoors.
So now I'm going to take it up to the authorities. That's a $5 part they charged $500 for. Not the labor, the part.
Stay. Far. Away.
After a botched A/C repair late on Saturday night 24/7 wasn't able to get someone back to my house until after 1pm on Sunday and it was 100 degrees! When I found out they were sending the same technician that had already misdiagnosed the system I refused and was told them it would be Monday so I called a different company that made a 5 minute diagnoses that my compressor was dead and had the whole system replaced next day.
When I asked for a refund the self proclaimed ""manager of everything"" Mariano called my wife a racist because the technician was Hispanic and threatened me with a lien on my home if I kept posting bad reviews or made a complaint to my credit card company.
Definitely recommend that you look elsewhere
I'd love to speak with Logan the ""business owner"" you have my number
