Wow. I am beyond impressed with Fix & Flow! We've had the worst time with a heater that was installed incorrectly 3 years ago. We had to replace the heater but it was well worth it. They were responsive, professional, and thorough. I am glad they were recommend to us & we will do the same from this point forward!

Fix & Flow is a fantastic company to work with! I would trust them to do honest and high quality work of any kind in your home. In the process of selling our house, we found a few issues we wanted to resolve. We had several professionals for other areas (electrical, etc.) but our plumber, Anthony, was by far the best technician of any kind to enter our home. He assessed the problem instantly and fixed the problem quickly. He took safety precautions for Covid-19 very seriously and speaking with him was a pleasure. I made an appointment very easily over the phone with Amber, who is very friendly and warm. Lastly, Stephen, the business owner, will go above and beyond to take care of his customers if there are any questions or concerns. I am sad to move out of their service area!

Hands down best experience I have ever had with any plumbing company ever. Amber, who handles appointments, is super friendly and responsive, and followed-up with me on a bunch of little things - above and beyond. Anthony came out to do the work at a rental property we had recently bought. He was fabulous and they took care of a bunch of stuff at a great price. High quality work all around! I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Fix and Flow. They replaced my kitchen faucet. I have an old rusty system. They had everything to complete the job. They also can provide the new faucet (which I opted for).

We decided to convert our laundry room for more living space. We needed the washer hook up and drain in the garage. Unfortunately, our garage is a raised, poured concrete floor. Another company missed their appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Fix and Flow came on a Thursday for an estimate, came back Friday to start and Saturday to finish. Excellent work all the way around. Chad did most of the work. Very friendly and professional.

Recently, Fix & Flow replaced the wax floor seal for one of our toilets, replaced tank kit seals in three of our toilets, re-installed handles on two bathroom faucets, cleared drains in both bathroom sinks and repaired the drain mechanism in our tub. Anthony got everything up and running quickly and as good as new in no time. I recommend Fix & Flow if you want a highly professional approach to your plumbing problems. I would hire them again for sure!

They did come to diagnose a problem with a fireplace and their quote was unreasonable. The technician was very nice though. I then had another company come back to fix that same problem for a fraction of what they quoted me.

An outstanding company! A few days ago I called the company to inquire about service, specifically to see if it's standard to """"clean and sanitize"""" the spa tub. I spoke to Stephen, and he said they could do it, but it's typically not a standard service. I liked that he was able to give me a quote, but he also confirmed that what I was doing (pouring bleach and running the jets) should be good enough as long as there weren't the typical sediment. So I asked if he could follow up in the morning, which he did! Based on our situation at the time, I decided that I wasn't going to need them, but then something happened and about 30 minutes later I noticed unexpected brown spots all over my ceiling and desperately needed someone to come out that same day. I called the company a few times because a major event was about to occur and I had to get something in motion quick. I was panicking. Stephen called back shortly and he said he would do what he could to get someone out there the same day, but that it may be the next day. A little while later, I got a text informing me of an appointment and that Anthony would be there. I was so amazed at how responsive the company was! As I was waiting, I read some reviews previously about Anthony, and everyone is right! He is GREAT! He is very professional and while my kids were screaming and making so much noise, he kept calm almost like he blocked the noise out! It was an incredible skill! The other guy, Bryce, was pretty amazing too! I later learned that my little one threw a stuffed animal at him. I'm so sorry Bryce! Anthony and Bryce didn't do anything excessive and told me options and estimates. They were very upfront about the services and costs and making sure I understood what the options were. They gave a few options that could be the problem and options to solve the problem and costs. I posted a similar review on Google, and I mentioned that I wish they would have left a business card. Joel responded to my review and this evening he showed up with a magnet in a sealed envelope! I was shocked and certainly touched by how great this company really is. Joel, thank you for taking the time to deliver a really nice magnet to my soon to be, hopefully, sold house! I can't thank these guys enough for helping us out when it mattered the most! THANK YOU SO MUCH Stephen, Anthony, Bryce, Joel, and the ladies that I spoke to on the phone!

I did not use fix and flow plumbing, but I did get a quote. So this is not a review of their work but of their pricing. I was quoted over $400 in labor to replace a waste disposal. That's double what most other people quoted. All my other quotes were between $100 (handyman) to $210 (fully licensed and insured plumbing firm). I point this out because other reviews say he saved them money. This company is very professional, and very responsive (as they were in my phone interaction). However their pricing is much higher than competitors.

You may be suspicious of so many 5-star reviews but my experience matches the other reviewers. I needed a major sewer tank repair with replacement of a grinder pump. Anthony was able to identify some issues that a prior company assessment didn't address. Fix and Flow was responsive to an """"emergency situation"""" and they gave me a fair price with no unexpected up-charges (even though some add-on work was done beyond the original quote). They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and seemed genuinely concerned with a quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
