Maybe the first experience with them was an anomaly and it was just used to lure in a new customer, But the second service did not go quite so smoothly. I was quoted about $1000 to swap out a control board on a forced hot air furnace. A certified factory replacement part can be obtained for about $179 online. I was able to swap out the part myself in approximately 20 minutes of labor. so I am not sure that I totally agree with charging over $800 labor to install $179 part that takes only 20 minutes for an inexperienced person. For them to do it would probably take 5 to 10 minutes less so why would anyone want to pay $800 for 15 minutes worth of labor? Be careful people, price out the parts yourselves first and think about how much labor time it would really take. Do not become another victim.

Recently had Greg and his team service my water heater and burner unit. His customer service kept in touch and was helpful assuring the service techs were on their way to help. We lost heat and with a infant in our house, we needed immediate assistance. They were able to fix our problem that same day and kept our costs down. Adam has been wonderful. We moved into a new place that needed a fair amount of work. He was able to take care of everything we needed, ranging from leaky pipes, major shower fixture updating, dishwasher install, faucet replacements, and installing a new water heater.
