Hired Victor to install two water filtration systems at my house in Chula Vista. He was by far the most expensive of three quotes that I received (2x) but I chose him because I had purchased a premium water filter system and wanted to make sure I was satisfied the installation, it was my mistake for assuming that paying more would mean better work. He left without telling me that the under the sink filter had a leak, Causing me to notice when my kitchen floor had a significant amount of water on it. Upon closer inspection, I barely touched the leaking filter And water started rapidly flooding my kitchen. when I called Victor initially said he would try to come the next day, well at that point my kitchen already had about 2 inches of water in it. He showed up about an hour later and told me that the product that I had purchased was defective and that he saw the leak before he left. (Why didn't he say something?) I also noticed wrench marks around the top of the filter in which the instructions clearly said only hand tighten. The other filter that he installed in my garage was a whole house filter. I had paid extra to have the premium installation kit which included all brass fittings, Victor decided not to use these and went to the store and bought the cheapest PVC fittings. At the end of the day I asked him about it, Explaining that filtering plastics like PVC is one of my main reasons for getting a water filter in the first place. Being that I gave him the original brass fittings before the job started I would expect him to mention this before going out and purchasing cheap PVC especially for the post filter connections. This is also troubling since he had to make two very long trips to the store taking up about 50% of his allotted work time. After giving him an opportunity to remedy all of this, he continued arguing with me on the phone And saying maybe he could come by next week. unfortunately I'm going to have to hire another company due to victors lack of attention to detail and unwillingness to be customer satisfaction focused from the beginning. He made several assumptions without communicating with me and provided plenty of pushback at critical points when I had questions along the way. In the end I am stuck without a working filter in my still drying soggy kitchen (which will flood of I turn it on), Plumbing glue stains throughout my newly tiled garage and dangerous phthalates leeching into my whole house system.

Update: Victor agreed to come by at 7 AM to fix the subpar work. Never heard the doorbell and calling him at 7:35 He rudely said that he had came and wasn't going to be able to come back until a week later. Upon reviewing my security camera it appears that he did come however I did not see him ring the doorbell. Definitely having to hire someone else to finish The job he started sadly. I believe if you're going to charge a premium price, then don't be argumentative , take shortcuts And especially don't do sloppy work! Customer beware!

My hot water heater started leaking and Victor was able to come out the next day. It's not an easy install as their are some pvc pipes and other equipment blocking part of the hot water heater. Victor quoted me a price before he really knew how complicated it might be. Him and Solomon replaced the unit and returned the other equipment to perfect condition. He explained all the steps he was taking and didn't try to up-sell anything I didn't need. At the end I paid the exact price he quoted and even was able to help out one of my neighbors with an issue they had as well. Definitely would recommend!

Victor is great and does excellent work! We had requests for repairs from a buyer and he quickly got the work done at a reasonable price. It was a challenging install given the space limitations, but he still got it done. Thank you!
