It all began when my wife and I encountered a property owner who owned several apartment buildings and homes. He proposed a management position, even though we didn't possess experience. He appreciated that we could several languages, and he noted that we appeared like adaptable individuals. We embraced the opportunity and took care of many of his properties, with my wife as the site supervisor and myself as the repair technician. We have managed buildings in the Northridge area.
I consistently maintained additional customers for fixes needed in homes or houses, and now I aspire to make my independent work my personal venture.
