It all began when my wife and I connected with a property owner who managed several multifamily units and homes. He presented us with a job opportunity, although we lacked experience. He appreciated that we spoke several languages, and he mentioned that we appeared like fast learners. We embraced the opportunity and overseen many of his units, with my wife as the site supervisor and myself as the maintenance worker. We’ve also overseen buildings in the Northridge area.
I consistently maintained private clients for maintenance needed in homes or properties, and now I aspire to make my side job my very own business.
