Our story began when my wife and I encountered a real estate owner who managed several residential properties and homes. He proposed a job opportunity, even though we lacked experience. He valued that we spoke various languages, and he noted that we appeared like adaptable individuals. We embraced the opportunity and managed many of his units, with my wife as the building manager and myself as the repair technician. We’ve also overseen buildings in the Northridge area.
I have always had additional customers for maintenance needed in homes or properties, and now I aim to make my independent work my own venture.
