We have been using Five Star for years and can not recommend them enough. They have helped us with our residence and commercial building from faucets, to toilets, to water heaters, and beyond. They are honest, ethical, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable.

They definitely live up to the name. Five star did a full bathroom remodel and re-ran the plumbing for my kitchen sink. Each time a crew came in they were very respectful, took extra time to explain details and did great work. I am certainly a client for life. The pricing was fair. They are a solid choice!

Wow. Called Sunday and had a return call first thing Monday with a plumber on site that same morning at 10:00AM for non-emergent issues. Dennis was quiet and amazing with all of the projects we had. He will be back tomorrow so we don't go into ""overtime"" hours. It was nice of him to make us aware. I recommend to anyone. I now see they are way up in Colbert and we are on the South Hill. Even more impressive. Thank you!

New to the area north of Spokane, I needed to find a plumber to re-seat a toilet in our guest bath. I chose 5-Star from Yelp reviews as was not disappointed. Joe showed up on time (yes, Joe the Plumber), a polite, knowledgeable young man who explained all he was going to do, and afterwards, what he did. He even installed the new toilet seat that was sitting on the floor that I was going to do after he left - without asking!! I have another project I might be doing in the near future - installing a recirculating hot water system - and will definitely give 5-Star a call.

I had a water heater and main water line valve replaced at my Spokane home...I have been very impressed with the service provided and the incredible customer service from both the front desk personnel and the field technicians. Excellent customer service all around, honest,fair and upfront pricing. I highly recommend giving them a call for your plumbing needs.

Thank you so much 5 star. I called on a late Friday afternoon with a leak under my sink and you were there. I must admit I called a competitor first and they would not come till Tues. That was not going to happen.
The plumbers came Brandon and Travis and they were so polite put booties over their shoes every time they came in and were very aware of our little dog as to make sure the door was closed. They were awesome thanks again. They fixed the leak and honored the first time discount. I felt the price was very fair. By the way the receptionist that set me up was also very pleasant.

My husband and I had a couple pipes leaking in our basement and so we called Five Star Plumbing. The first technician that came out did not do the work we needed him to do and when he left we were still left with leaking. I called them the next morning to see if they would send someone else to take care of the work. They were so kind and very quickly had another technician at our house to fix the problem. This time the man they sent was extremely professional and took great care to fix the problem. In the middle of him working on our pipes the owner showed up at our house and made an effort to listen to what had went wrong in the first place and thanked us for giving them a second chance. It was so very kind of him to come out and take an interest! We did not get charged for the second visit, and over all we were extremely happy with Five Star Plumbing and their customer service! Way to go guys! Keep it up!

Within a few hours of calling I had a plumber at my house fixing a leaky pipe. Joe was quick, courteous and completed the job. He walked me through costs before starting and all of his work at completion. And he wore shoe covers to not dirty my floor!

We are thoroughly disappointed with our experience with Five Star Plumbing. We had to call them back several times in order to get them to finish a job that we paid in full up front, and then were sent an additional bill for services rendered to fix a problem that existed at the initial job completion. In addition, Tom (the owner) was dishonest in his reporting about the event when we complained with the BBB.
