Had a drain crack in our kitchen. Called Five Star at the recommendation of other people in the community. Very glad we did. Chris was very knowledgable and professional. He explain everything that needed to be done thoroughly. Pricing was very affordable, and the work was completed very quickly, and neatly. I will be recommending Five Star Plumbing to everyone.

They lived up to their name! I would highly recommend 5 Star. Excellent service, prompt, polite and professional. I had a blocked drain line. The job took a bit longer than originally expected, but they stayed at it until it was done. The tech was super nice and explained what the steps he need to take in clear understandable language. He pointed out the spots that were blocked, with pictures when available. I was confident that he wasn't making up problems or trying to pad the work. The price was shockingly reasonable and fair. Hands down the best plumbing experience ever and will definitely use again.

5 Star is appropriate for these guys!

Had a main water break just outside of my house. We couldn't even walk out the front door it was so flooded. Chris came out that afternoon and gave us an estimate. We also called the other guys (you know, the ones you see on TV and hear on the radio constantly) for a comparison. Five Star were exactly 106% less for the same equipment replacement and labor.

We gave them the nod and they were there the next morning. I don't remember all of their names, but Oscar seemed to be the leader. They were great! Took care to dig up the lawn, replaced the entire line from the street to the house. New regulator plus 2 additional shut off valves. In addition, they added an expansion tank to the water heater. When the job was finished that afternoon, they replaced all dirt and laid the sod back in place. Since the weather was still pretty cold, they gave me a bucket of seed to spread when the weather warms up.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys and the quality of their work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Don't bother with them if you actually need work done. Called this company and had an appointment for 12/22/17. No one showed, no one called. Called back and rescheduled for 1/2/18 after multiple times not being able to reach someone and being directed to a voicemail box that was full. Guess what? Again, no one showed, no one called. Left one more message asking them to make it right and got no response. Maybe they just don't want new customers. Take your business elsewhere and don't waste your time.

I certainly wasn't happy to find out that my water line broke. And when I found out that my plumbing issue (polybutylene line) was not covered by my home warranty , I was even less happy. The company who came out to check out my issue initially quoted me a price that made me cringe. They gave me a price range which included a lower estimate for the less invasive and a 2000 higher quote if they were not able to pull my line. He told me that the concrete repair was not included and they could provide me with a quote to another company who would be able to do that work. No bueno :-( I decided to call around for other estimates and saw 5 star plumbing on Here. The reviews were great and when I called (after hours), the receptionist was able to make me an appt for the next day. A few others companies that I called either were trying to sell me things (without even coming out) or didn't call right away.

When Chris came out, he quoted a price that was 2 thousand less than the original company and included more. He reassured me that they do thousands of the repairs yearly and he was certain they could fix my waterline without ripping up my driveway. And it included a concrete patch repair . I booked him right away.

The crew came out 2 days later and spent much of he day fixing my line. They did a great job! I will definetly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work (hopefully I never need it again though!)

They will not give you a price on the phone. You pay $29 for them to come out which they keep if you don't let them do the job. Their price was $141 more then another plumber for a small job.

Chris is super-professional, always backs up his work, and knows his stuff. We live in an old house, ca. 1930, and the plumbing isn't always up-to-date. But Chris knows how to work with it. He's done a lot of work in our house, and we've always been happy with him and the people he hires. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about Chris and Five Star Plumbing. I had my polybutylene pipes replaced and the experience couldn't have been better. Chris showed up when he said he would for the estimate and the repair, he was very polite and got the job done fast and for a very reasonable price. Chris always wore booties in the house to protect the carpets and was always willing to answer any questions we had. After completing the repair Chris made sure the dirt was raked so you can barely even tell there was a big hole in my yard! Five Star Plumbing exceeded my expectations and made the process so simple. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them for any future plumbing needs.
