Very poor work, over charged, and busted my gas line and water line and then charged me for it. Would never recommend them or use them again. They also lied to me about the price and talking to my town borough about my sewer line. Not to mention he left my ground open for over a week and never filled it in which was a hazard. Once he cashes your check he's gone. I never got a promised warranty. He will rip you off. ?

City of Puyallup showed up to my house and notified that we have a huge leak in the property, I call 2 leaking detection companies and they couldn't find the leak anywhere, both companies went under the crawl space and they surely confirmed that it wasn't water down there, one of the companies tried to convince us to bring an excavator and start digging on the back of the house and yes $$$$$ you can imagine how much that was.
On our desperation my wife since she is smaller and skinnier, ok ok I couldn't fit down there almost got stuck, so she put my fishing waiters on and went under the house founding a lot of water, wich means that the other companies they even tried to go deeper into the crawlspace and gave us false information.
I call five star, the communication was excellent, they don't offer service here in Pierce County and yet they showed up.
Ernesto arrived really friendly fella always smiling and with not hesitation went into the crawlspace, took him 10 min to find the problem, he fixed right away and my $14k problem it was reduced to a hundreds, thank you very much Ernesto we appreciate your knowledge,your honesty and your hard work and please Ernesto keep smiling

We had a pretty large leak underneath the house and were losing about 4 gallons per minute. Ernesto stopped by while on his way to a different site. Located the issue fixed it, and continued on his route. If you don't care about flashes and shows, this is the company for you. They go in, do their job (at a very reasonable rate) and leave. No BS like other companies. There was 0 sitting around. He wasted 0 time going in the crawl space to find the problem. He wasted 0 time on fixing it. Communication on point. 100% recommend them.

The plumbers solved my complicated water issue when the other plumbing company tried and failed multiple times. I got same day professional service. The plumbers were hard working and knowledgeable. I've never been so happy to get a repair job completed.

Waited 2 days for this company to show up. Missed appointments, no returning phone calls. Still no water in the house. Finally had to go with another company who would actually show up. Very disappointed. Don't call these guys in an emergency or for any other issue

The back tank of my toilet exploded and 5 star came out right away to help me. They gave me some quick instructions over the phone to help minimize the damage while they were on their way. Water was literally everywhere, the tank was like a geyser and I was in a panic.
Once they got here, they worked quickly to repair the issue and advise me on how to take care of potential water damage. Their rate was great and service was well above any plumber I have used. What could have been terrible ended up manageable due to their quick response.
