Very Attentive! It's not easy in this crazy SF market to find trades people who listen to what you need and give you a fair price. David and Saul did just that.

Because of this we've been able to, with permits, use half of our garage space of our 110 year old house to make a bathroom, an office, and a laundry room. It wasn't easy. David and Saul and were helpful throughout the whole process and made sure the plumbing was done right. They were always a phone call away if we had any questions.

Fantastic crew - David and Saul were rock stars! I had problems with the pipes in my house, dishwasher installations, French drain outside the house, and on and on. They showed up on time every time, identified what exactly the problems were, came up with the best solution to save me money, gave me a fair estimate, and did excellent work. When I had some small problems later on, they came back and took care of it. I will use them on regular basis.

I was having trouble with my shower's plumbing, I called 4 plumbers and three out of the four showed up. Looked at my shower for five seconds and give me extremely outrageous estimates. Just because I am a woman they thought that I had no knowledge of what was needed. I ended up calling Five Star Plumbing and Saul came by on time and fully inspected my shower problem, he was the only plumber to give me a written estimate. His estimate was acceptable and reasonable. They came by to do the work and I was truly impressed with their punctuality, preparedness and cleanliness. they even wore shoe covers to protect my floors! Saul gave me an honest estimate, He was respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and has the latest tools to perform the job fast and efficient. I would most definitely recommend his company for any plumbing services. You will NOT be disappointing!!

Saul and his team came out to repair a backed up sewer drain a while back, and I asked them if they knew anything about tankless water heaters. They came up, had a look and started working on a plan - because of where our water heater is located and how it was (improperly) installed, it was not a straightforward job, but he and his associate were happy to try to tackle it. When they came out to do the work, they were great - professional, friendly, respectful (they wore booties over their shoes without me asking!), and did a great job. I can't recommend them highly enough - and it's great to know that we have a great plumber incase we need them for anything else!

My bathtub was leaking in a big way. I plugged the drain to get a better understanding of the leak before I started looking for a plumber. It was leaking about 5 gallons every 6 - 8 hours.

I posted a request on yelp for quotes with a description of the issue. Four plumbers responded, most wanted questions, one said it would cost $100 per hour just to look at it (!!!), one told me to open it up and replace the springs and seats (I tried that already), and Saul said, ""Can you be home by noon? I'll send someone over.""

David arrived about 5 minutes before noon, and immediately knew the whole valve had to be replaced. Even with running out to get supplies, cutting a slightly bigger hole in the wall to accommodate his work, removing and replacing the valve, and cleaning up, he was done before 3 PM.

Up front pricing, good, clean work, great work ethic. I have no doubt that they'd be my first call in the future.

Five Star Plumbing was the best. They were recommended yanother highly rated plumber for a water heater repair that he did not want to do.
They called me right back when I called them and were at my house in a half hour. Took a look at the water heater, told me what the problem was, got the part in less than a half hour and were back to fix it. Took no time at all, and all good again.
Saoul and David were professional, polite and very personable. Will definitely call them again.

I had a great experience with these plumbers. They replaced a sump pump and installed a kitchen faucet for us. Saul and David did great work and communicated really well at every stage of the job. When the sh*t hits the fan, these are the guys I will call every time!

I was looking for a plumber on NextDoor and Saul and his team came highly recommended, so decided to have Five Star come by to give an estimate. Both Saul and his receptionist were highly responsive to both email, text and phone calls, so despite having to cancel once when his whole team was sick around the holidays, I always felt everything was being done in as timely a manner as possible and I was always kept up to date.

We had a series of leaking pipes in three of our sinks, two of which had recently, very badly, been replaced by a contractor, and a welded copper pipe to an old dishwasher that had to be converted to a standard dishwasher connector. We had gotten to the point where I was just slapping plumbers putty around everything to minimize the leaking. Saul gave us a very reasonable estimate which was much lower than a few other highly rated plumbers with 100+ reviews on here. The next week Saul and one of his team came by and, after a few hours, we had three new faucets, a connector for our new dishwasher, a garbage disposal installed and new pipes.

One of the new faucets started leaking a few days after it was installed, but Saul got back to me immediately after I mentioned it to him and sent someone out to take a look. A piece in the faucet itself needed to be tightened and the leak was completely fixed after that, and couldn't be happier.
