I have so many good things to say about this company.First of all, I have to state that I have already hired many people to fix my clogged toilet but so far this is the only one company that successfully did the job. My toilet got clogged on and off very frequently and no one that I contacted was able to fix it....
Finally I found this company ... I am very pleased to say that the technician was very professional and very highly skilled. He was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend calling this company if you ever need any help. I guarantee it is worth every penny.

Saul and his company were amazing. I hired Five Star Plumbing and Rooter to initially fix some plumbing back up issues and to replace a rooftop drain on the second floor. He took a peek on the ceiling of the first floor commercial space and also recommended I change the drainage line that runs across the ceiling. Although he said it wasn't leaking, the pipe was old and galvanized and was probably original. He understood my concerns about plumbing issues of the building and how I would like to have everything done all at once and not have to open up the ceiling again. His team was on time and even stayed until 7pm one day when he was replacing the piping so water didn't have to be shut off the next day. He was always in communication with me and even though I wasn't his only project, he made it seem like I was his only client at the time. He will definitely be my go to plumbing company if I have any issues.

I easily got a next day appointment for a non-emergency issue. David and Gil showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it on the spot. Both were professional from start to finish, and wore masks as protection against Covid.

These guys rock.

We were referred to owner Saul and his team by another plumber was too busy to take on our job. ""They're good guys, they'll take care of you,"" he said, and he was absolutely right. We had a leak between two units of an old San Francisco building, and Dave and Gill were able to do an emergency fix to stop the water before coming back to dig into the much bigger problem of finding the source of the leak.

They were honest about what they did and didn't know about the extent of the damage, and explained what was happening at each stage of the work. They made every effort to work efficiently without too much cutting through walls to find things, and they did a great job that even included a few extras, all at a fair price. Happy to recommend them!

I had a backed up toilet. I called 20 places to try and get help. Only Saul and Five Star got back to me with a same day appointment. They showed up on schedule. They were polite and professional. They were great with my dogs. And most importantly they fixed the issue in about five minutes. I'm definitely calling Saul and his folks first for plumbing issues going forward!

This company is top notch. Really professional from start to finish, from the nice lady who took my call to set an appointment, to the two gentleman who showed up to do the work. They even took the time to point out a few things that could be done as preventive maintenance for the issues I was having. They even showed up the next day to do caulking when they ran out of time the first day.

I will be using this company again for the other city properties I manage.
