These guys are honest. Fair price and very helpful. No bs. I saw my neighbor who i believe is in the trades use these guys which for me is a good sign. Ill continue to use them. I contacted other plumbers through yelp who all wanted to do same day service but wouldnt just come out and give me only an estimate. I believe in price shopping before i do it. I did contact a friend who has a plumbing friend and tild me their price was good. Fast high quality fair price!

Great service and friendly staff. We needed our dishwasher looked at since the water wasn't draining properly and these guys were able to provide a quick assessment of exactly what is going wrong. They also provided helpful information about the life cycle of the machine and that we are in need of a new one soon due to its age and the pump going out. I loved these guys!!! Saul and David came to our house today and fix our clogged toilet within minutes, they took our call very early in the morning and came at the time frame they gave us. Very reliable, professional and friendly. Showed me the exact issue, left everything clean and put the things back in their place. I will recommend this company to everyone that I know. Best choice we made!!! Also they went out of their way and fix our toilet pump so it could work better.

Highly recommend Five Star Plumbing and Saul! They came by on holiday weekend to diagnose a leak, and ended up promptly addressing the problem (replacing the line), providing a very good price. They also went out of their way to help with other aspects of the job such as cleanup, which most others would probably not have helped with. Overall they went above and beyond and provided reliable, outstanding service at a great price. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

The main pipe to the city sewer split and was leaking so we couldn't use the upstairs plumbing -- kitchen and bathroom sinks, toilet, etc. Five Star Plumbing was recommended to us, and Saoul was able to come in two days with his technician David who did an excellent job. They cleaned up well. We are most appreciative of their quick response and good work.

Hi, we had a faucet that had gotten loose over the years and we were referred to Saul at Five Star Plumbing and Rooting! They were amazing: prompt, professional, courteous, and super fast and accurate with that work! So much that when we needed our hot water heater strapped in (for making it earthquake code compliant) we called Saul again and his man was again, prompt, courteous and got the job done quickly and we are a happy customer again. I called Five Star at 9:30am, and they showed up at 10:30am! Amazing. I had a bad sewage back-up problem. The owner, Saul Padilla, was terrific (as well as the person spearheading the work -- sorry, can't recall his name). They resolved the issue within an hour (using: water jet & plunger, sewage camera, investigating the city sewage line...). I recommend this company 100%. It is a relief to find a trustworthy, competent (and licensed) plumber.
Also, very friendly ...and took the time to explain each process that they were about to employ.

I noticed my hot water heater overflowing this morning and freaked out because I've never dealt with anything like this before as a homeowner. My neighbor came to the rescue and recommended Five Star Plumbing.

Brian came out and took on the crazy task of getting the old heater out of our spooky basement that is only accessible with a ladder. He did some rigging and problem-solved like a champ. He was super friendly and even fixed the crazy door in the floor so it won't give anyone a concussion. It's unusual to find people who go above and beyond. I'm happy to now have a plumber to call if I need one.

The only thing that would have be great is if we could have gotten an estimate over the phone. I asked and they said we would get one when they got here, but I had to ask and was told that they should have given me one when I called. The website says ""you approve all prices before work starts"". Pretty confusing.

Brian was fantastic. Within 2 hours of calling he was draining our broken hot water tank. He came back the next day with a new water heater. He removed the old one as well as installing a new supply line, gas valve, flex line and proper earthquake straps. All for a reasonable price.
