These guys rock.

We were referred to owner Saul and his team by another plumber was too busy to take on our job. ""They're good guys, they'll take care of you,"" he said, and he was absolutely right. We had a leak between two units of an old San Francisco building, and Dave and Gill were able to do an emergency fix to stop the water before coming back to dig into the much bigger problem of finding the source of the leak.

They were honest about what they did and didn't know about the extent of the damage, and explained what was happening at each stage of the work. They made every effort to work efficiently without too much cutting through walls to find things, and they did a great job that even included a few extras, all at a fair price. Happy to recommend them!

I had a backed up toilet. I called 20 places to try and get help. Only Saul and Five Star got back to me with a same day appointment. They showed up on schedule. They were polite and professional. This company is top notch. Really professional from start to finish, from the nice lady who took my call to set an appointment, to the two gentleman who showed up to do the work. They even took the time to point out a few things that could be done as preventive maintenance for the issues I was having. They even showed up the next day to do caulking when they ran out of time the first day.
