Worse than not good. Had to use because of America Home Shield who I think is part of the scam home warranty business. They sent out a very rude plumber who I could barely understand for a leaking water heater. He proceeded to tell me that my water heater didn't meet code and wasn't installed by a licensed plumber. The water heater was a top of the line water heater from Home Depot. that was 9 years old. He took all the information and talked to someone on the phone and said they would be contacting me. A week later and still no call, I finally got someone to answer from 5 Star. They said my water heater wasn't covered under home warranty and the replacement would be over $2000. Scam artists.

I received very good service via 5 Star Plumbing. All items were completed in a well and timely manner. Water heater burst and I received immediate service and all was taken care of.

We had an issue with our toilet and through our home warranty, our technician/plumber Robert, fixed it quickly and was extremely knowledgeable, can't say enough about him. Thank you Robert.

Too bad there isn't a negative number because that's what they deserve!! They are the worst of the worst, bottom of the barrel, bad. The office staff, especially Brandon, have absolutely no customer service. They are miserable at their job and it shows. Since my home warranty is paying them, they don't have to be courteous, I guess.
They gave me an outrageous, out-of-pocket amount for my repairs. The 3 times I had to call the office, I was on hold for 20 minutes. When I did speak to someone, Brandon and a female, they were annoyed if I asked questions and would put me hold because of it for 15-20 minutes. When the technician finally came, he said it was a 5 minute repair. He didn't repair my issue correctly. I still had the problem. It's been 2 weeks. Communicating with them has gotten so bad that my home warranty assigned another company to correct and actually repair my issue!! Stay away!! Don't waste your time. You'll only be disappointed. The only way they are in business is because they are contracted with home warranties or they wouldn't have any business!!

They came out on my home warranty for some maintenance. They tried to sell me a bunch of crap I didn't need. They took our Moen faucet and replaced it with a much cheaper brand. They took the Moen and resold it or got credit for it I'm sure. They did a shitty job of installing my faucet as it's leaking. I will never use five star plumbing and try to make sure my home warranty company drops them. My hoa said they receive complaints about five star plumbing all the time.

I'm giving 5 stars because these guys managed to honor my home warranty request during a rough and busy time. I can see why people might give Andy and tough review; he's slightly curt BUT he knew what he was doing and talking about. Thank you 5 Star and Andy!

I have a home warranty which referred them when I moved into my new house. I thought I couldn't pick who I used and was stuck with them. The girl in the office that answers the phone treated me like an idiot, and every time someone came out to fix my problems it was a different person. 5 months later I am still having some problems but fortunately found someone else through my warranty and they are wonderful! So I absolutely won't call 5 star again. They need to fire the girl at the desk and start over!

Their Tech could not speak english. Their Tech smelled of smoke! Their Tech used a small little ""hand"" crank snake to try and unblock my blockage which he could not do. Should have used more professional equipment such as a large professional plumber snake.

Horrible! Rude tech! Was rude to my daughter and then got on the phone with me and said he wasn't rude to my daughter. He was being rude to me while he was telling me this! Incredible! We hired another plumber who actually fixed our issue in one visit AND didn't charge us. This dude came out twice and didn't fix a thing.

I have had to deal with company because this is who our rental company uses. If you have the choice DON'T use this company. He leaves a mess when he's done for you to clean up. We had to have a faucet replaced last year which took weeks, he kept calling and would schedule and not show up. He came back in August and replaced a toilet for us. Well he was called out again today because the toilet that is only 5 months old wouldn't flush right. Turns out my lovely kid flushed a ball down it! He tried to tell me that the toilet needs to be replaced. I'm....no! It's only 5 months old and if the ball went in it has to come out. I thanked him and he left. I then got the ball out and put the toilet back. Notified the rental company (who was shocked and actually authorized them to replace the toilet) that it was taken care of and I don't want this company at my house ever again!
