I have a 10 family building. needed a shower valve and trim installed. I had the drywall torn out and the plumbing exposed. I sent them pictures. they called back told me that there is nothing out of the ordinary there and gave me an estimate of $450.00 about. my bill was $712.00 about 63% over the estimate. I realize that it is only an estimate, but I would think that anyone that has been in business that long could give a better estmate than that. the work was good, but it was supposed to be good. the plumber, dave, was on time, but he was supposed to be on time. when I told dave that the
estimate that they gave me was $450.00 he said I didn't tell you that. it was rob that told you that. is that the way they operate? I guess so. they did it to me. rob is what they did to me. BAIT and SWITCH. this work was done 2/9/23

Pleasantly surprised. Dont find myself in need of a plumber often but a leaky copper line in my basement necessitated my calling one. Didnt know any locally. Five Star answered my call right away and advised they could have someone out between 12p and 4p. Dustin arrived at my home at 12:20 pm. Two hours later, everything was repaired and wrapped up. I would recommend Five Star and use them again. Thank you for prompt and professional service.

I would rate them zero stars if I could. They were recommended by water department when my water line from road to house started leaking. Got a few estimate s and hired ""5 star plumbing"". The existing line was under drive and the price I paid was to relocate to the North of drive even though I informed them that most of the utilities were there. The estimator said no problem. When I got home from work I found out that they decided to install the new line to the South of the drive and completely destroying my front yard. Why? Because the utilities were to the South. No kidding. This man lied constantly whenever I pressed for reasons why he changed plans. And to make the job complete they busted a portion of the concrete drive. Probably will cost an extra five grand for the landscaping. They did finish the job and so far it's not leaking so that's good. I learned a valuable lesson here......never ever get a recommendation from a government employee.

I have rental homes and have used 5 star multiple times in the last 2 years. They are extremely responsive and usual can accommodate you in 24 hours or less. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
