Pretty shoddy workmanship on something as simple as replacing a shutoff valve and outdoor spigot. Poor quality parts. They had to come back to do it right. Come on, a valve and spigot is not rocket science! Lousy attitude too.

I was in need of a plumber to fix my jetted Kohler tub. Was diagnosed as the jet seals and with a $2000 quote.

Five Star ( recommended by Kohler) came out, used a camera to determine it was only a cracked p-trap. The bill was pennies compared to the quote.

John did a great job and was really professional.

Will use the again for any job. Would recommend

Woke up early on a Friday to find my hot water heater had let go. Water everywhere and family from out of town staying in my home. Kevin and his team had me back in business before lunch. Pricing that beat the original quote! Stay local and bring this Plummer out, you won't regret it!

Came on a Friday afternoon and diagnosed the problem right away. They couldn't fix the problem but had a colleague from another company who they contacted for us and they came right away and cleared the problem. I'd give 5 stars but I had to leave my wife with the plumber James before he finished diagnosing the problem and he told me one price before I left and tried to upcharge her after I was gone. Luckily she wasn't having it so I wasn't too fond of that. But otherwise super responsive and reasonable pricing.

Had a small leak from the upstairs toilet to the basement. Reached out to Five Star star via yelp yesterday evening. They replied very quickly and were able to schedule service for this morning. The plumbers were on time, efficient and friendly. They identified the issue and repairs all within less than an hour. Pricing was also reasonable. Will use Five Star again for any future plumbing issues.

Kevin is a great guy, and I have been using him for years. He is personable and professional, and prides himself on being responsive and available. The rare times I have had issues, he has worked to remedy them quickly and seamlessly.

I should start by saying that I appreciated that Five Star Plumbing actually answered/returned my calls, were able to accommodate me quickly with a semi urgent problem, quoted a reasonable price, and carried out the work per our discussion. That part was not a problem. However, I didn't appreciate that some innuendo was made towards our babysitter while we were not home (i.e. talk of trying to get her number). It was nothing she couldn't handle, and I think in his mind he was just joking around, but she didn't feel comfortable having this plumbing service back, and personally I find it very distasteful/unprofessional when contractors make any sort of comment along these lines towards young women who are alone in our house.
