New to the area and needed to upgrade many plumbing issues in our recently purchased condominium. Five Stare Plumbing was recommended, so we gave them a call and we were so happy we did. They replaced a toilet, a kitchen sink with new facets, garbage disposal, a water heater, facet in the tub and shower heads in both showers. They installed a dishwasher as well. Bill was the contact person who assisted me with picking out items and Sean was the plumber who did the work. The work was performed over many visit and each time they were there on time and extremely clean. We are so please to have found reliable plumber and will be recommending Five Star Plumbing to anyone who is in need of a plumber.

I rarely write reviews but I just had to write one for Five Star Plumbing of SW Florida. I called and Sean explained over the phone exactly how they would fix a hole in my manabloc PEX water pipe complements of our roofer's nail. Then they sent Carlos to do the repair and he also explained and showed me as he did it. He was great, polite, on time and even ended up with a bill $60 less than they originally estimated. Turns out I used them in 2019 for the hot water tank and I was impressed then. So both times we have used this company they have been very fair in pricing and good at the work being completed. I highly recommend them. Even Donna in the office was great in scheduling and reassurance on the phone. Thanks Five Star Plumbing of SW Florida. I wish we could clone your work ethics, etc. into all the contractors down here dealing with Ian rebuild.

Had a water pipe break in the slab of our home, and woke up Sunday morning to 2 inches of water. Decided to have the entire house repiped over the attic and down. Called Five Star Plumbing and they responded very quickly. Had an estimate completed the following day. Two days later a two man crew arrived and started the job. Kevin and Jeff worked tirelessly for three days. Keeping me updated to their progress and ETA for completion. My wife and I were displaced due to no running water, and water damage. Their work was very professional. They ran new pipes to 2 toilets, 5 sinks, dishwasher, disposal, 2 showers, 2 baths, a fridge, clothes washer, hot water heater, and 2 outdoor hose spigots. The entire project was handled very professionally. Kudos to Bobby, Shawn, Kevin, and Jeff. I am a very happy customer, and would highly recommend Five Star Plumbing.

We were very impressed with how quickly they were able to send a technician to replace a failed garbage disposal in our home. We called at 9 am and Sam was there with a new disposal by 3pm that day! They are also very professional and reasonably priced! We highly recommend them!

Five star plumbing is properly named! They are courteous responsive and technically competent. Pricing not cheap but probably standard but they do the job correctly! I have used them twice.

Our bathtub, and both toilets were plugged and I tried to get them unclogged. Called Five Star Plumbing of SW FL and Sam came right away on Christmas Eve. He checked the clean out and diagnosed the source of the problem. So happy he saved Christmas. Thank you so much Sam and Five Star Plumbing!! Your company deserve 10 stars!!

I contacted several companies about installing a hybrid heat pump water heater in my garage. Bobby and Sean spec'd the unit I wanted and had it ordered, delivered and installed within a week. Their price was VERY reasonable. I had one question about the install - Bobby researched it and sent a tech out to make a correction which took about 10 minutes. Great follow through. I'm also looking forward to the 30% tax credit for the hybrid heat pump, which will also save me hundreds of $ annually. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Picked 5 Star due to good reviews. I was not disappointed. We had a toilet that was not flushing properly. They sent out a plumber quickly. Sammy diagnosed the problem quickly(roots in the pipe) and took care of the problem. Explained everything that he was doing and cleaned up after the job. I believe the price to be very reasonable. 5 Star will be my go to plumbing business for all my needs.

These folks are incompetent. they were dispatched to my house by my home ower's warranty company to fix a running toilet- they fixed it and replaced the handle. The handle keeps falling off and they won't replace it. The plumber himself was a very nice guy...but Donna the dispatcher is as rude as possible. Because I asked why they can't simply come back and fix the problem without going through the warranty company again- they refuse to come back. I was not yelling nor was I rude...I simply asked them why they can't support their work.
