WOW!! Justin just overturned every negative stereotype about plumbers! He came EARLY. Finished the job in only a few minutes and gave me a discount because it was so quick. On top of all that, he's a really nice, polite guy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I had a problem with my shower where the cold water wasn't coming out. I had several plumbers come and take a look and they all tried to rob me of my money by selling unnecessary services/repairs. One guy was like ""oh i can't fix it until we make sure the water is of the right pressure and that your water heater is too old and needs to be replaced"". Justin on the other hand is honest and straight-forward. I sent him a photo of the shower, told him that I had already tried replacing the cartridge but still no cold water. He then suggested it's the balancing spool that needs to be replaced. He was honest in letting me know that he doesn't have the specialized tool to easily replace it but will do some research on how to do it without the specialized tool. On the day of the repair, he came on time and was able to replace the balancing spool and fix the problem in 15 minutes.

Justin gave me a fair price on a gas water heater replacement and arrived on time as scheduled. He seemed honest and straight forward with what he said he would do. Justin was able to keep the install looking clean and professional. The connecting pipes and material all looked very well done, not an eyesore. He maintained the original material spec, copper. No sloppy pex or pvc extensions.

I'll definitely reach out to him again for more work in the future if needed.

Called in for a toilet replacement. Gave me a very clear breakdown of price (which was great and very wallet friendly), recommendation on toilet and worked to meet my schedule best he could. He also took care of the acquisition and pickup for the toilet for me which helped my schedule greatly.
Took some back and forth to iron the details (this part is my fault for mistaking the measurement), but once set everything was done like clockwork, no hassle in my part. Installation was done fast and clean, and didn't make me feel like I had to haggle a better deal.
This is now my go-to plumber, would strongly recommend.

Strongly recommend working with Five Star Plumbing. Contacted them on Monday morning about replacing a water pressure regulator, they responded within 20 min, understood what needed to be done, and quoted me an extremely reasonable cost for parts and labor. We agreed on a time for two days out. He showed up in the expected time window and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. I paid what was quoted- no hidden fees. The whole experience was easy and efficient. Would call Five Star Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.
