Put in a Yelp request around 8 pm and had an appt for the following day at 9 am! Awesome service and honest quote. Even though the work entailed more than quoted 5 Star stayed to the original low estimate which was far better than all the other offers received. Turnabout is fair play so I offered more than the quote and met in the middle above the quote and the actual price the service should have cost. An honest days work deserves and honest days pay. Will use again and recommend to anyone in need of their services!

Hired Five Star Plumbing on a recommendation from our tile guy. My initial contact with this company was very positive. The person I spoke with (Debbie) was friendly and I was able to get an estimate for the work over the phone. (The total bill, which was quite reasonable, was substantially less than the verbal quote.) Justin arrived on time to install a new hot/cold water valve for the tub and modify the copper pipe fitting to accommodate a screw-on tub spout. He was pleasant and didn't seem the least bit put-out by the many questions I asked him while he was working (I like to learn by watching). The work was quality-Justin went the extra mile by securing the existing pipes to eliminate ""water hammer.""

We will definitely contact this company the next time we need a plumber.

Why pay more or as much as to install your toilet as you paid for your actual toilet? A friend recommended Five Star Plumbing to me. When I saw only a few Yelp reviews I wasn't sure whether or not to use them and I checked around some more. Other prices were so outrageous I decided to take a chance with Five Star Plumbing and I'm glad I did. I was able to get an appointment quickly to accommodate my busy schedule. Justin was quick efficient and knowledgeable. It's a family owned business that does quality work. I highly recommend their services.

This positive review has two parts. I originally quoted out to about 15 plumbing companies some work I needed done in my home. Five Star Plumbing offered great rates, had terrific reviews and was very prompt and timely with their responses. While I did not end up needing work at that time, I saved their information remembering how accommodating they were with my situation and how positive my experience was.

My parents recently had a major plumbing/sewage issue so I remembered the above and immediately called Deb. I could not articulate the problem very well, so they promptly came by to offer a quote. They ending up booking the job and scheduled work shortly after. The work was incredibly labor intensive, they worked hard all day long. I believe they ended up needing to get a special part, but despite everything they still honored their quote 100%. We are really pleased with the experience and know that if we need anything further, there is no hesitation to call Five Star. Thank you again!!!
