It is hard to find a company that you can trust nowadays, especially when it comes to plumbing issues. I highly recommend them for their expertise and over and above customer service without overcharging you for their exceptional service.

I reached out to Five Star Plumbing to help with a clogged kitchen drain. They responded immediately and referred me to Anthony Carlson, their ""best drain guy""-- Anthony was great! He gave me a very reasonable price quote over the phone (clarifying that he would only charge if he was able to unclog it) and was able to come within a few hours. He arrived promptly and was very considerate in keeping the work space clean, he was honest in communication about pricing and explained what he was doing every step of the way. The job ended up being ""easier"" than he anticipated and he adjusted the pricing accordingly. I was ready to pay the full quoted price but he refused to accept it. He said the job didn't warrant that amount -- he really made my day! I can't recommend him more!

Five Star Plumbing gets five stars! Very quick to respond, fair prices, and great communication! We called them due to a small leak with the angle stops under the bathroom sink. Justin was able to come out same day. The angle stops and hoses were replaced quickly.

Hopefully we won't have any more plumbing needs anytime soon, but if we do, Five Star Plumbing will the plumber we will call!

Justin just plumbed the water line to my freezer so my ice maker could be used. Setting up the appointment was super easy and he showed up on time and got it done in less than 30 minutes for a fair price. It turned out my ice maker was broken after years of non-use but I reached out to Justin in the meantime to make sure there was no chance anything was missed in the plumbing. He offered to come by and check everything with his work as well as the freezer. It turned out, as expected, the issue was with the ice maker itself but I really appreciated his concern and offer to come by to look at it. Hire without hesitation!

We absolutely love Five Star Plumbing! We had a leak coming from the ceiling in our living room that started right before Thanksgiving. We called Five Star and set up an appointment for the Monday after the holiday. Woke up on the 25th to find that the leak had gotta progressively worse. Five Star was out that evening and Justin had it fixed in about ten minutes! I swear that it took him longer to talk to my in-laws than it did to fix the pipe.

Five Star was honest and did great work. We will definitely call them in the future.
