I needed a repair on my sewer line. I decided to use Five Star Plumbing. They
got back to me and came out to see what needed to be done. We scheduled a time and day and they showed up promptly. They were competent, courteous and competitive with their price. They finished the job in a timely manner and I was satisfied and happy with their work. When I need to have any plumbing work done in the future I will be using them again. Five star plus- Igor and Sergio arrived promptly at the scheduled time, clad in PPE. They quickly diagnosed the issue in our second floor barthroom shower which caused horrible water stains on our first floor living room ceiling. They replaced the offending leaking pipe from supply on their truck.

Review 1: Aziz fixed my urgent AC problem quickly. He was professional and courteous and cleaned up after he was done. The cost was on par with what other companies charge for emergency service, however I would have to wait three to four days for others to come out to fix the problem. Aziz came to my home after 6 pm the day I called and worked until about 7:30 pm.
Review 2: Bart came to my home last year to fix a broken hose bib on the concrete wall of the walk-out basement. I had put this project off for many years as all of the other companies that came out to provide estimates said the concrete wall would need to be opened and the cost was over $1000! Bart fixed the hose bib WITHOUT opening the concrete and did it for $475! THIS is why I am a repeat Five Star customer. Bart is an honest guy and the folks who work for him are truly nice, professional, hardworking people.

My central AC went on strike and my go-to guys at Princeton Air decided they wanted to play hard to get with an appointment two weeks out so I looked for a local alternative that had a strong Yelp score. Five Star popped up and their techs were here in less than an hour, diagnosed the issue and had me going within the day.

Their ""tech"" Aziz was terrific and left the space even cleaner than he found it. I'm only withholding the fifth star because of an annoying lack of transparency. I was never told that Aziz (proprietor of Magic Hands HVAC out of Monmouth Junction) was an independent contractor until the job was done.

He does great work but the cost of the job was pushing my threshold for pain. If I knew I had to bankroll two entities, I might have kept looking. However, the job was done professionally and with great care. The good news is that I believe that I got what I paid for. I hope so.

I'd had an issue with my shower since the beginning of quarantine - of course. The diverter on the faucet wasn't engaging so the shower was not working at 100 percent. I was hesitant to call a plumber - one, because of the quarantine and secondly, I didn't know who to call. Saw the positive reviews for Five Star and gave them a try. I'm very happy I did. I called and spoke to Bart, got an estimate, and Igor came out to my home at the scheduled time. He kindly wore a mask and gloves, and upon entering my home, put on booties. He was very polite, very professional, and got to work right away. It didn't take him long to switch out to a new faucet and now everything works great! So glad to know I have somehwere to turn the next time I have a plumbing issue!

Just at the start of this Covid-19 crisis, our kitchen faucet began leaking eventually spilling through to under the sink. I was skeptical at first with the social distancing and lockdown we are experiencing, but I couldn't stand to wash my dishes in the bathroom sink anymore! I googled and first found Five Star Plumbing around my area, read the positive reviews and all i can say, is very happy we took that chance. I saw them put their protective gear on (face mask & gloves), which also included shoe booties. They came in, kept our 6ft distance, are professional, and replaced our faucet all less than an hour. My husband and i would have taken at least an hour just to figure out how to take the original faucet out! Very pleased, satisfied and love the work, and my new faucet! Thank you guys for coming out also on such short notice. I called at 8am and they were here by noon the same day.

Our living room toilet clogged on Sunday and I was surfing to find a plumber. I picked Five Star Plumbing after read the reviews. Called them on Monday and they gave me quote and ready to resolve the issue same day. I decided to replace the whole new toilet since this is not the first time of getting clogged its a 50 year old toilet. I got the new one and they came and replaced the new toilet and also screwed properly,the previous one wasn't fixed well. They gave me affordable cost and very generous and neat. I strongly recommend there service.
