They were quick to get the job done. The quality of the work was definitely above average and the cost was reasonable compared to other companies who tried to fleece me. They were polite and cleaned up after the job. I have used them in the past and will continue to call them in the future. I have no negative comments to date.

Oh my God...thank you Igor and Five Star Plumbing! I am helping my sister with a slew of repairs that she needed in her condo and have been coordinating from another state, a hard enough feat when you're dealing with contractors who either ghost you, overcharge you, or completely fail to communicate. Some of them have been ""all of the above""! Enter Igor and Five Star Plumbing to save the day. Igor was a great communicator and showed up when he said he would, both for the estimate and for the work (a fact I appreciated as I was asking friends to be there on work days to meet him for me). He took the time to advise me on what faucets to purchase and what would and wouldn't work with her setup. He made suggestions but was not the least bit pushy about them. His cost was reasonable, he was kind enough to pick up the things I ordered for a charge, and he texted me updates as well as photos when he was done. I can't say enough good things or convey my appreciation sufficiently after what I've been through with other contractors. Five Stars gets six stars in my book...the sixth for being a dream come true. Thank you!!!

Best of all besides the work they are very affordable they are my plumbers from now on also they did an awesome cleanup!!

I contacted Five Star for a faucet replacement, and was quickly contacted. They set up an appt for me and contacted me with an arrival time - and arrived right on time. They diagnosed the problem, completed the repair and charged me exactly what they had specified, no hidden charges!!! Igor and his assistant were cordial, polite and very professional, and I would gladly welcome them back to help me with my plumbing needs! Thank you!

Five Star Plumbing & Heating are truly 5-star professionals! They are customer-focused, effective and efficient. Our hot water heater was not working, so we called four local plumbers. Bart, the owner (and master plumber), was very responsive. He came out the next morning, and fixed the problem. (FYI, we never heard back from the other four companies).
As senior citizens, it was a pleasure to work with a business that is honest, communicates clearly, does excellent work, and is respectful in every way. Bart has reclaimed the lost art of doing business the ""old-fashioned"" way. We will now be customers for life, and we will highly recommend them at every opportunity. My heat went out and we're heading into freezing weather this week. Found out my usual plumber no longer services boilers. PSE&G could not come for 3 more days. These guys showed up right away and figured out the problem in no time. Excellent!

I had an issue this morning in my basement with a water leak and they refused to repair it and walked out of the basement and house. Thus this review is was drafted to give you my honest feedback. The team was very unprofessional. They didn't even introduce themselves upon arrival so I don't have their first names. Only thing they said was said was ""should we put slippers on our shoes"". They said I was being rude to them! I'm sorry but you are touching the sump pump and causing more water damage. I would never recommend this company. I guess some businesses are busy enough during the recent storms to turn down jobs and potentially impact their reputation. Hope you all have better luck if you use them. I have another company coming that has a 5 start rating and all positive reviews!

Homeowner Five Star replaced valves under sink. Great service at a good price. Could not have been better. You may have to wait a day or two for an appointment but its worth the wait.

Fantastic service. I had been looking for a quality team that could provide service at a reasonable price and they didn't disappoint. They work primarily commercial but if they can fit you for residential, they will.
