This is a husband and wife team who were very prompt and thorough. They went the extra mile to ensure my Slide was operating. Slide had to be re-calibrated and they were very conscientious about determining the problem and then fixing it. The price was very fair.

1. They came and installed my new RV Absorption fridge in about 1.5 hours. It works great.
2. They came to my Campsite and installed a Xantrax Inverter I had previously purchased. It was a complicated install but Mark acquired the necessary parts in advance and got the job done in a few hours.

I called camping world where we bought it and talked to someone in service and he was useless, telling me all these major things that were probably wrong.. I called Five Star Repairs and talked to Mark... He was so helpful... Very knowlegable, spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me helping me and we were able to continue on without stopping for repair or driving out of our way to find a Camping World ....
