I used gigsmart get worker app. Joey was quick to respond. Actually the only one on gigsmart to respond. So I put in movers and got a bunch of quotes. All so high for what I needed. I needed about 20 boxes that are 33lbs moved from my garage to the upstairs bedroom. It took them less than 1 hour... with a 2 hour minimum. Still worth it. To save my boys back. Waiting on a quote to redo my windows.

I reached out to several contractors to get estimates, including this one. They never called me back so I wouldn't know if they have a good value or even good results! I ended up just hiring the affordable Oahu Handyman Dave and he's been perfect!

0 star. Joe did not show up for the estimate. No phone call and no text about his no show. We finally called him after half hours of waiting. He did not explain what was the reason for no show and did not apologize. Very disappointed.

Zero Star Home Repair would be a better name. 3 no shows, no calls/texts to let us know that there would be a delay or that he couldn't make it (we had to call/text to see what was going on). I don't think that's how I would try and start off a job. It's a great way to end one though. I don't know what else to say. That pretty much sums it up.

We met Joey a year ago when we first moved here. Thank God we did because he has done virtually everything that needed fixing and upkeep in our home. Painting, building, fence installation, new stairs, added a french drain, electrical and everything in between. When he painted our deck he suggested that we use paint that had sand in it so it wouldn't be slippery for my kapuna mother. We really appreciated that, and would have never thought of that on our own! We had a flood in our garage and Joey came up and loaned us his big fans and suggested a French drain around the garage. After he installed it our garage never flooded again. He helped us move into a new place a year later, he built us a shed for storage before we arrived at the new house so we had a place to store everything as well as installing our fences and gates so that our dogs would always be safe. when my mother ended up in the hospital during our move Joey and his guys came after hours and finished unpacking her room and hanging her art so that it would be nice for her when she came home. also we had a fine art piece that had to be dismantled and reinstalled at our new location there is literally nobody else we would trust than Joey and Evan. Joey and his team actually care about the work that they do. they have consistently done excellent work for us. they are very fair with the pricing as well. He has a team of plumbers, electricians, and builders, which makes it easy to do one stop shopping. They do everything! It is so great to know that we have somebody that we can count on not only to do good work but to show up on time, and get jobs done and done right. These guys have worked outdoors in the rain to get things done for us in a timely manner:) When the guys were painting our deck we had to do some color matching for an extra spot. When the color didn't match properly Joey insisted on repainting the entire deck so that it would be perfect ( for no extra charge) because he cared about us having it done correctly. Thank you so much to five star they really do deserve the name!
