Jamie diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day at a much lower price than I expected. I also got a recommendation and an estimate on how to prevent the problem from recurring and an open invitation to schedule the work when I was ready to have it done. It was so great not to be hassled into having to do the work right away. This is the only company that I'll be using.
