I had to have my septic tank replaced. The team came out led by Ricardo. They worked hard all day but was not able to finish the job. Ricardo explained the situation and said they would be back the next morning to finish. They returned, finished the job and put my beautiful yard back the way it was. Ricardo was fantastic as was his team.

Dishonest company. I needed my septic pumped for a sale, they came out sat in my yard for about 2 hours came back and told me I needed to replace the drain lines, and the owner would be reaching out to me. My septic was fairly new and not much in it, with only 2 people living in my house. I had never had back flow problems in to the house either. The owner came out and I asked him to prove to me it wasn't draining because when his employees came out all they did was sat in my yard, I told him I had cameras and I could prove to him they never put the water hose inside the septic tank for more than 5 min. He didn't even know the gallons per house that a tank should be draining or the specifics of a tank, all they wanted me was to approve a 15k job. In the end all they did was put ""chemicals in my tank"" and charged me 2k, I only agreed to pay them because I was closing escrow that week.

This company in not an honest company. They said my tanks needed repairs (mortar patches) and I need risers installed in order to close escrow for the sale of my home. Risers are not needed to sale a home. ( they are needed on new septic tank install.) Repairs that were going to cost me an extra 2,700.00 on my bill. So I called another company who has serviced my tank in the past and showed him the estimate repair sheet and he checked my tanks and said the things they put down was not needed. No mortar patch was needed for either tank and one tank is fairly new and had very little in it. He also showed me where they damaged an area from Jack hammering the lid open! Something that should not be done if they know what they are doing. I do not recommend this company for any escrow inspection. They will lie to you and bill you for work that is not even needed.

Our company just received a phone call from 5 Star Contractors. They asked for my husband and I told the fella that I owned the company and he rudely hung up on me. Guess it was because I am a woman. When you go to call the number back, it says that this number is not set up to accept phone calls. SCAMMER

I don't typically need my sewer tanks pumped however if you use anyone other that rod and his guys you'll be sorry.
Great communication skills and a reasonable price as well. Definitely my go to guys.

They came out immediately and did a really fast and great job. The guy was super friendly and the office staff was very professional. We live in Acton and it's difficult to get help here sometimes, but they came right away and we are so happy with their service.

I just had my septic pumped by their team. Very competent, great service. Would definitely recommend. They also have a very fair price - so will absolutely use them in the future.

Like other septic services company they charge for the pumping and for labor if they need to dig to find the tanks. Mine were about 1.5 ft underground and they charge $90/hr I believe. Plus $350 for the pumping. They do an excellent job of explaining how all this works.

They also install the risers (which I didn't know about). Although we decided not to do it this time around will reach out when we decide to.
