Our company just received a phone call from 5 Star Contractors. They asked for my husband and I told the fella that I owned the company and he rudely hung up on me. Guess it was because I am a woman. When you go to call the number back, it says that this number is not set up to accept phone calls. SCAMMER

I don't typically need my sewer tanks pumped however if you use anyone other that rod and his guys you'll be sorry.
Great communication skills and a reasonable price as well. Definitely my go to guys.

I just had my septic pumped by their team. Very competent, great service. Would definitely recommend. They also have a very fair price - so will absolutely use them in the future.

Like other septic services company they charge for the pumping and for labor if they need to dig to find the tanks. Mine were about 1.5 ft underground and they charge $90/hr I believe. Plus $350 for the pumping. They do an excellent job of explaining how all this works.

They also install the risers (which I didn't know about). Although we decided not to do it this time around will reach out when we decide to.

Outstanding customer service! My client needed a septic certification quickly and Five Star Contractors fit us into their schedule. We were under the gun to get this done and they handled it like pros and had the certification out to us the next day. Definitely the Supermen of Septics!

I was selling my home, and the septic tank failed inspection - the last hurdle to closing on the sale. The company that did the inspection just said ""you need to call for replacement"" and didn't even have a business card. I called around and found Five Star - they came out the same day and provided a super reasonable estimate. Less than a week later, a new tank is installed and certified (even working through winter rains). Phone calls/texts were always quickly answered, and customer service was excellent. I definitely recommend this company!

I hired five star to replace a water tank. I paid between 9 and ten thousand dollars. The owner Tim, is very unfriendly and does not return phone calls once he is paid. After the job was done I realized I needed a new pump. My sons said they would purchase and install a new pump. So I said ok. One of the five star employees called and told me he had already purchased a part to do the job and even though I hadn't hired him to do that installation I felt bad that he was out of 175.00. I gave him the money when he came to my door.when my sons saw the part they told me that part is only about 20.00 dollars. So I looked it up and yep, 20.00. On 3/03/18 I called Tim the owner and told him I didn't think that was fair. He said he would look into it. He never called me back but also never cashed the check. Now six months later without a word he cashed the check. Yes I should have stopped payment but I trusted him because he is best friends with the owner at ACE Hardware and he's a good man. I called Tim yesterday and his secretary said he was out and he would call me. NOPE! After paying 9000 plus dollars he had to rip me off for 175.00. I just don't understand how people can be like that. I give them -10 stars. I am on social security and count every penny. Thanks a lot Tim. Also the part they charged me for would have been to small for the job.
